The issue with the step bar is that the computer program calculates the total workout time divided by total steps. When we go fast in intervals, it'll show the steps going up at the same pace as when we're walking. I used to use it but then had viewers commenting on how it wasn't accurate. @@bcaar66936
Hey guys!! I'm a 74-year-old man and I do one of these varied sessions every morning. I find them to be fun, you don't get bored because the exercises change every 15, 20, or 30 seconds, and they provide excellent mind and body coordination. The cardio workouts are wonderful and the music is motivational and not blaring as other programs offer. Because of a kidney transplant, I no longer go to the gym because of the risk of infection (immunocompromised) from not well-cleaned equipment ( I clean every time) so this cardio program offers an excellent portion of my daily workout. Finally, women seem to be the instructors for so many online programs but I'm not at all into "bulking up" or intense sessions (Hell, I'm 74) so this is just great for me. 10 gold stars for the instructor! Excellent work for us senior guys. This is fun, motivational, and very beneficial to me.
You have no idea how much I love the Countdown Clock! Thank you. The quick format keeps me interested and the 20 minutes is not too long. After a covid and flu vacc 1 in each arm on Thursday, I was comfortable to do the whole format. Muscles no longer sore. Safe for another 6 months!!

I liked the faster pace of this video. The intervals are short, but when I couldn't figure out the step right away, I just did the step through the walking intervals. Definitely got my energy level up! Thanks!
I want to thank you again for these excellent routines. Because of you, I have kept doing them for 50 days straight running. The intention was to create a daily routine that is doable and effective. It's a dreich dark day here in Scotland. It's only 4.15pm and its dark outside. No better day than this to get up and workout. This was brilliant. I have been busy getting the xmas tree up( I know its early but its so miserable I need fairy lights) that I only got to this today. Love the new moves although my coordination is still rubbish. Thanks for getting me motivated and keeping me motivated for the last 3 years. I am finally under 140lbs for the first time in nearly 10 years. X
Oh yay! Being at a certain weight for the first time in 10 years is AMAZING! Congrats on that, Marie-Therese!!! As for the Christmas tree, I get it. It's dark here early as well and the tree definitely makes life a bit more cheery. We'll likely put ours up within the next week.
I was tired from all day and I was barely awake but I said to myself that I need to do some exercise today, which I hadn't yet had time for - so I did this one- 20 super fast minutes packed with all the best and with a fabulous pace. Time just flied! I am now going to sleep happy with myself! I thank you so much for this and for everything!!! 😍

Keep coming back to this one! What is 20 minutes? Nothing! It goes by flying and yet this is so full, so rich, so invigorating! I feel as if I had done a 40 minute workout. I absolutely loved the fact that it is super energetic from the first minute. I was cold before I began and I am feeling wonderful now! I hope you will make more like this one, even though I could do this same one every single day without getting tired of it. And the backdrop and the color theme are a dream! THANK YOU!!! Hey Jules! This one is Superb-O!!! I double-timed 2 out of 3 fast walk intervals, so that pumped up the workout and added some cardio! Another 11 months and 2 weeks of this, and I'll be ready for Thanksgiving 2024!!!
Just coming out of almost 10 days with Covid....this was the perfect workout for me to start back in....fantastic music and love those 15 second intervals!!

I've been supplementing my runs with many or your fun videos and I am loving them!
