A great video Musa Bhai! I would like to say that aside from machine, I think heavy compound lifts would do good in this case too. You see , Toji has much athletic body with bodybuilding aesthetics. So doing stuff like Deadlifting, Weighted Pullups, Standing Shoulder Press, and more, will surely surely help a lot more than just using machines. I would even say that Pullups are much better than Lat Pulldowns at this point.

Good question. Without supplements impossible nai. The supplements I talked about in the video just let me do more exercise than I should. Doesn’t mean they are the reason I get my results. Diet and exercise on point rakho you’ll see results

Bro I’d say also lift heavy sometimes with your boxing. For example do incline bench preschool, squats or leg press. Lay pull down. Just the main exercises. Also eat frequent meals. 4 to 5. Should be clean diet though.
@@alltimemassti5123 doesn't matter if you're only 16 my bro, lifting heavy doesn't refer to a specfic weight, you lift whatever weight you find heavy. Only eating and no lifting will either make you fat or won't give you any progress
Totally disagree with his point of heavy weight if you do 18 reps with minimum weight so got failure with build good movementum you can get good pump and u feel burn as well.

You can always do light workouts my guy I think also you should drink more water! Your body will let you know whenever your workouts will wear you out but it doesn’t hurt to try
