killmichbp the fastest car is technically ten street rod because of a huge weight it carries, which sends is pelting down some hills, the fastest car with boost is the extreme hot rod and the fastest accelerating is the GT Nighthawk

The Annihilator picks up more speed going downhill though. It is the fastest car in BP and almost all legit road records were done in it.

its not a broken mechanic. I'm pretty sure it was intentional as it was mentioned by the devs before

I used this in the race from the motor city junkyard to wildcats stadium because it's a straight shot there. Had a 10 second advantage over every other car, and this was on the second highest license in the game (higher license causes NPC cars to be extremely faster than they usually are.)

What do you mean fastest? As in top speed or a drag race? If you're talking about raw top speed, the progression is more like 1. Annihilator Street Rod 2. Revenge Racer/25 V16 Revenge 3. Annihilator Phoenix/Annihilator 4. Civilian/Citizen 5. Inferno Van.

the toy 88 isn't fast at all. the original 88 special is just as fast as a GT Nighthawk that's it.

It's not faster than any boost 10 car. The reason you think it's that fast is because the camera effects change, its not actually gaining speed.

You can exploit speed boost on the Hawker Mech by switching from stunt to speed boost while using stunt boost, making it so you don't have to wait until the speed boost gauge is completely full.

Yes Street Rod is quick, but it has the same speed/boost stats as PCPD Special, the latter of which can actually turn and as such is the game's best car for more technical routes. The PCPD Special is really just the best car to race with, however it's kinda hard to get, as are most other S Tier cars (except Rai-Jin Turbo and Extreme Hot Rod, those you can drive from the start)

Smoove because the Carbon X12 is a stunt boost car it means that it is more convenient for short bursts and also long burns where as with a speed boost you feel like you have to use that boost because otherwise you are not able to use it till it has built up again. As a track car I would take the carbon X12 over the boost specials or the Annihilator special any day

Skilled drivers will always get burnout streaks though. Your stunt car will run out of boost eventually. On top of that, it's slower than all the top racing cars when boosting too...

KaLubka that is true. I'm not saying my opinion is the best opinion because that's all it is. I started out being pretty bad at the game so I stuck to stunt cars and then slowly progressed. It is just what I'm use to by now

In terms of top speed downhill it easily wipes the gt flame and v16

The Annihilator is faster than the 25 V16 and sure as hell destroys a gt flame.

@@SPEEDFRAK yea, i just can't sustain it as confidently... like over all... The nightrider was what i played with to finish all the events... but true... those are faster yes.

@@opgam3r482 you mean the nighthawk? Yeah that overpowered overused thing is very fast. Fastest accelerating car in the game. But the annihilator has a higher top speed, and so can pass a nighthawk, especially when going downhill.

@@SPEEDFRAK yes sir... The black GT? like end game broken as shit lol.. yes...Handles perfect, top speed and acceleration off the charts... that's the one lol... That's what i meant i like the smaller tight handling one even though it's less superior.. but that Nighthawk that looks like the 2 prior GT (newer ford like body, american muscle looking) cars, is totally broke...lol One things certain, that game was freaking awesome lol... to go through again, loved it the first time, and it was cool to revisit it. I still remember having the little ps3 camera and thought it was cool to make faces every time passing people lol... Probably better on the 360 but you get my point... great feel great dev.
