diesel tuner: we can properly tune a diesel engine to make peak power and minimal emissions. government: meh EPA: how about we put a deadly blue liquid into the exhaust of diesel trucks to ruin performance and kill the environment faster than the emissions can with plastic jugs. government: write that down, WRITE THAT DOWN.
@@wylieisnothere5062 that’s why we delete every single diesel we have. From our service trucks to our semi’s and even the equipment we use in the log woods. Makes them so much more fun to drive and or operate.
@@wylieisnothere5062 Let alone adding oxides of ammonia to the natural atmosphere. In such concentrations that even the state that initially pushed for it recognizes the mistake. And 15 liter motors used to last 1 million plus miles. Now Lucky to get 700,000 out of them
It’s easy you can tell by time & mph. 6.90-6.00 in the quarter should be around 200-250 mph. Those same cars should run about 4.50-3.90 ish in the eighth at around 160-180 ish. You won’t see a doorcar go faster than 5 sec in the quarter so if you see a doorcar run like a 3.70 @ 200 then you know it’s the eighth
@@TheJT199 yes but also were not watching the same cars run twice. Its all different cars at different power levels. He can show back to back 1/4 and one car run a 7 and another run a 5 but the 5 can also be a 1/8th time so it is hard to tell.
2:16 people who haven't never been to a top fuel drag race just don't understand how loud and how the air shakes when those things open up. The cameraman flinching not just once but twice is an example of this.
