the illusion of t4 and t5 insanity are both more violent and much more frequent, hitting someone with insanity 5 basically permanently blinds them

they patched that it just behaves as insanity 3 but stuff happens more often

no, insanity from potions effects doesn't deal damage, it just has much more violent illusions
