Yg pertumbuhannya pesat biasanya yg blm optimal penggalian sumber-sumber daya ekonominya, jd biasanya yg menengah atau bahkan medioker ke bawah. Kayak mis.keluarga kaya, harta 100 M, beli 1 Pajero, maka asetnya hanya bertambah 0,7 %. Lalu ada keluarga sedang, harta 1 M, beli 1 Calya, maka asetnya bertambah 18 %, karena perbandingannya dengan kondisi tahun sebelumnya.
