@@msan8888 first of all good profile and work experience, get into any company, give CAT score 99.6+ and hope for the best. For foreign b schools, workex required is of 4+ years,Good GMAT SCORE 730+(for harvard wharton go for 750+) better the company, better the results, collect certificates like charity work, certificates related to extra curricular and hobbies.I will say if you failed UPSC, MBA from foreign is a long term job, go for indian b schools and give CAT directly, clear the interview(as soon as you will say i failed upsc, they will ask you deep current affairs, and other things, be prepared to answer them), if you have workex better are your chances Note-workex should be salaried, joining letter and salary slips( be ready to have valid bank transactions of your salary with PF cut and proper UAN no.)
No ISPP was roasted in this video. But to he honest, one of the most useful video. A very close friend to admission into ISPP - he had a pathetic time, with no jobs. You ahve no idea naman sir - but you are indeed saving lives of millions of Indians. More power to you!
The biggest Crisis of Youth facing is Lacking of Skills sets that Required in Market hence they remain unemployed like me who have spent my father's hard earned money in Worthless shit of M.B.A degree in College there is nothing about skills and real word scenario they are happy with bookish Knowledge and some how pass the semester exam I know most of these problems are faced by millions of youths of India As Sir Rightly said Market Values Talent and Skilled People. I need to learn all this skills.
i really appreciate your way of teaching........enlightening aspiring students with deep thoughts.......which are really lacking in this so-called coaching industry.....👍
bro can you plz tell me this GGI's tech policy or what actually they do and whats the job in UN and is there a short term training or we can have a career in this ? and is this a paying job ? actually this video comes in my feed i have no idea about this saw few comments regarding ISPP and all plz can you explain as i am unaware of this career field
I have graduated in 2022 and after that i have done nothing significant in my career i am confused and it's 2024 and i am going in void. I don't know what i should do or apply or study i have prepared for CAT in 2023 but the results were worst and in 2024 i am just preparing for government exams like SSC and my childhood dream was to become a officer. I don't want to waste my precious years, life is confusing at this point. I have a fear like if i do this maybe i will waste my time. I come from lower middle class , I don't have enough time and everyone's expectations are buildings a burden.
Please don't blame yourself, don't be guilty. Is the fault of the time and society. Please practice silence, relax and set 1 random goal and move. It's better u did something then nothing.
Bro I am in exact same condition as you. Graduated in 2022 and still confused what to do. Expectations increases fear and eats us from inside. Hope that life gets better.
@@yashrajbhardwaj2130.. Never give up..Sir silent and aim for one goal..no matter how much it gets worsen, you never give up ,Great things always cost you time ,don't care for what world thinks. World is from you but not you. 4 words Never ever give up. Work beyond motivation and that is disciplined. Only Disciplined approach is required. Hatts off to you bro..
IFI employee here - The key to getting into UN/World Bank similar organizations is first gaining extensive field knowlodge in policy implementation easy way is working as entry level consultant or similar short term roles in your domain but in public policy. For e.g if you are an economics grad search for Niti Aayog or similar roles even if its in your home state level. Get 6-7 years of extensive field knowledge then try to get associated with firms or projects who work closely with UN or World Bank. Another 3-4 years may be and you are all set for a career in UN system. Very important is to choose your stream dont work in some general administration be specific like finance, economics, public procurement, engineering, welfare and health or similar domains
Brownie Points - 1. if you have some spare money definetly get a masters from an overseas college university. 2. Work as an intern in some big shots like MBB. 3. Work in some underdeveloped country like Ghana or Guinea Bissau or some pacific islands like Fiji.
@@perseusvlasov367 not under niti aayog, but similar roles within your state which might have own planning ministry or economics cell, urban bodies or agencies etc. Each state has different types of structures or organization, these will give you the much needed exposure to public policy.
10 lakh Mein To Nahin hoga lekin 25 lakh Deke Indian Institute of foreign trade say MBA karo cat ke bad aur Jao Jis International organisation mein jana hai 5 Sal mein World Bank bricks United Nations World Trade Organisation vagaira vagaira
My son is mild autistic but his iq is higher thn his peers but I m planning for his homeschooling coz of school behavior towards him plz make a video about homeschooling and which curriculum we shud follow?
Iit Bombay and iit delhi public policy schools have good placement required and u dont need 10 lakh rupees to invest in. I dont know why your videos does only generalization of things.
Just giving an advice.... You can search Google and RU-vid for some exercises to reduce your stammering problems Even, Hrithik had them but now everyone knows his speaking skills.
If someone wants to have deeper knowledge into International relations before giving the Civil services, should that person opt for a Diploma in IR from institutes like Indian institute of governance and leadership, along with a Bachelors degree… would that diploma benefit knowledge wise?
if you are taking international relations as your optional subject maybe it could help, but just for prelims which have mainly 7-8 question and mains 3-4 question it will be too much
At this point of time, I'm in 12th class studying humanities, but the fact that as a humanities student (non-maths), you're inevitably supposed to get into civil services, freaks me out. while that is on my target, I want to have something to fall back on, in case things won't work, coz truth be told, in these times, UPSC is INSANELY COMPETITIVE, and given my background of lower middle class, I can't possibly put my everything on stake. So my question is very simple, which course should I pursue in my college (also recommend me some colleges other than DU, BHU, are they worth thr hype?), so all the possible is open for me out there. Also, please recommend some alternative careers!! It's request from this little kid who is your junior! ❤
prepare for CLAT..and get into a reputed NLU. if not you may do your BA from a good college like stephens.. but do not take admission in any tier 2 college for bachelors degree...
Please keep academics as your option if you are a middle class, I mean go for a career in the teaching field. Prepare upsc with that. It will help you on your journey. This my suggestion as someone who has appeared for multiple state pcs exams also upsc once. Upsc is not a career option, it is just another job that you will do to earn your livelihood. So being a little practical always a good idea. Incase you clear upsc well and good, incase you don't you won't become depressed you will have something in your hands. In case you are interested in pursuing law go for that, I have seen many of my friends pursuing law while preparing for upsc. As far as delhi university is concerned I can tell you that it is just like any other college, there is nothing special there, you find a particular college you study and you graduate that is it. Nothing fancy. Asaan bhasa mai bolu toh kuch khaas nhi hai, vahi teachers, vahi bache, thoda fest vageraah theek thak hota hai lekin tum vaha degree ke liye jate ho , sirf ek stamp lagane ki mai delhi university se hu bs, mehnat karni padegi bahut agar (hons.) degree li hai humanities side se, number lane ke liye thodi zyada, I mean upsc level se thoda sa km magr mehnat ke bina nahi ane vale number. All the best
UN values our education and skills and had given me chance of delegation in high level political forum represented india in UNEP,UNFCCC , UN ecosoc and this year un security council non permanent member
Got a good job after completing Public Policy (Regulatory Policy and Governance) from TISS, Mumbai. I paid Total of ₹ 1.2/- lakh for tution, hostel and fooding. And got a job of ₹ 12/- Lakh. My ROI was 10 times. Go for Public Policy but for goverment colleges.
Sir, what about those people ( eg- CAs) who do not come from Civil service backgrounds but want to join the UN, IMF, WB etc for policy making or related fields. Please do tell us how CAs can grab opportunities in these international organisations
A day will come when people will stop sending their kids to school saying my child only needs skills. And yes skill development is the key but degrees too structure our mind. If we are utilising it appropriately.
This guy is kind of fake he has mentioned Harvard and 2 other foreign universities. Did he do bachelor or masters from them?? Doing few month course or internship from them doesnt make you an alumni. Same with UN ek saal kaam kreke gyaan baat rahe, unless you hve worked 10 years i am not gonna listen to you.
Again asking to plz shed your lights also on discrimination against temple, only temples comes ynder govt control, demographic changes and illegal immigrants, also suffering of minority in neighbouring country
Bro's join rbi nabard sebi start trading and if u understand management why dont thinking of taking a tech guy or use AI instead of learning coding, being a Cs post graduate i have gone for upsc prep delhi left after 4 months understanding sales strategy and pub ad.All are bullshit things and yeah just find money that can bring hapiness while giving lectures or being servants.
We have had a few candidates from TISS at GGI - they were able to navigate into decent jobs. But they worked very hard during their time at GGI. TISS alone won't be a full-proof up-skilling venue
Go for ssc/CAT and get some work ex, first know what is competition? Only after that upsc; i mean to say don't jump into upto upsc without a solid backup. Only few out of lakh it's brutal exam I could not recover from my 5 failures in upsc.
Should you prepare for UPSC is another question but I just wanted to say I watched a mock interview of a candidate who stammered and he obviously was a rank holder and got IAS but it was one of the best mock interview I have watched bcz his knowledge was in depth and he was asked lots of questions but he answered it all in a detailed way and even in review the board told him that he doesn't need any change. He already informed the board that he stammers and told them that he might take some time in answering but they said it's alright and even in review they said stammering doesn't affect anything and any board is patient enough to give you your time

Every word that @namanshrivatsava spoke, hit the bullseye. It takes guts to call a spade. Hope that companies start adapting to this "skill over degree" policy faster than they're doing it. Thanks to the startup ecosystem in India. Startups are pioneering this policy. such an insightful and honest feedback from Naman. Thank you.
