I like how real and down to the earth you are, I was planning to become a Java developer in one year too, but I've seen so many people saying they became a developer in 3 months that I was starting to think I'm just maybe dumber than everybody else
I want to say thank you. I'm a nurse but your videos have given me the confidence to change careers. I truly enjoy what I do but always wanted to learn programming languages. Starting the SQL/Tablue this week. I guess old dogs can learn new tricks lol
The Man Of words.I was thinking that I am taking so much time while learning Java but when he said 6 months from scratch then I was full of relief now I'm putting my more efforts after my graduation but as well before Graduation. #thankyou❤️
His courses are amazing...I finished Tableau and SQL looking for job at the moment but I will start Java this week....I really recommend Imtiaz courses because the way he explains his examples its really easy to understand and I came from sales so...I have no experience but I finished it and ready to start looking for a job....Thanks Imtiaz for awesome teaching.
Hey Imtiaz. I got your Java course yesterday and I really have to say that you are a good teacher. Your course is extremely well-structured and promotes efficient/effective learning. I got a udemy course by Tim Buchalka a good while back and he is definitely good, but I got overwhelmed by the course structure. I think that programming is not necessarily hard, but learning how to can be very difficult. Software Engineering saved my life in a way, and so I thank you for providing good material to help further my learning. 😁
I think that I agree. The degree of difficulty learning, in my opinion, has so much to do with how it's taught. I've been trying to understand Parameter passing, Reference Variables, and Instance Variables. He's the first person that diagrammed it out so I could understand it....
oOGeekITOo Yes, I personally suggest Imtiaz over Tim. Don’t get me wrong, Tim is a good teacher and his courses are also good. However, their teaching styles are a bit different and the pacing as well as the structure that Imtiaz uses truly helps you to learn more smoothly. Also, with Imtiaz, I found that the focus on practical assignments/exercises was a lot more beneficial while trying to learn. You’ll find yourself learning what is truly necessary while not being flooded with extra “fluff” that may lead to confusion. I don’t do well when being loaded with tons of unnecessary details. That’s one reason why I like the “80/20 rule”. If you’re not familiar with it already, look into it as it can increase your efficiency while learning.
everytime I watch Imtiaz's video , I remembered learning java advance java and springboot, database all from this course. I am wondering if it notices how helpful he has been for my career. I have been working as full stack developer for 7 months now and I am so happy God bless you sir. you have no idea how helpful you were.
I've spent a lot of time learning core java, DS, Algo etc. which wasn't worth. Now, this video showed me straight forward path to where should I go right now. Really appreciate the efforts of our speaker in making these videos. God bless you
Thank you so much for the best advice, Mr. Imtiaz. I would love to see you if you have a one-on-one session where you give beginners advice on how to become a Software Engineer.
I will be subscribing to jobreadyprogrammer tommorow and simultaneously preparing for Java 11 oca. I am giving myself a month/45 days to get upto speed with spring mvc, spring rest, spring boot, and hibernate, elk. I just hope the long hours of sitting and studying just don't worsen my back pain 😅 Also thank you so much for your constant tips. You should make such videos more frequently and if possible even start vlogging. Also could you please make a detailed video about how you approach towards any new technology to master it?
After watching 100s of videos and following people's guidance my brain was filled with so much of information that I didn't know where to start. I now know what I need to do. Thank you. Your video has been extremely helpful. I also loved the way you speak.
Everything he said is absolutely true.I have been through Boot camp, it is fast paced programme and you need to have some fair amount of knowledge and it is very intense so you need to put lots of effort(7 days a week) .Currently working in one of big four and working on Java using tools like Dockers, Kubernetes, Jenkins etc.One needs to learn lots of things he mentioned, specially java, not easy to learn if you are new but with practice, effort & determination you can do anything. There are a lot of dev jobs in UK, not sure about North America.Interesting video.
I´m enrolled in a bootcamp in my city and totally agree: we´re rush through all the topics and really don´t go deep into them..., Udemy and courses as yours are fully needed! Thanks for your video and advices!!
Found this video after watching "Java Stack + Heap with Reference & Instance Variables" I'm still a bit fuzzy but I'm finally starting to understand Reference Variable. I subscribed and will be looking for my content on RU-vid and researching courses on Udemy. Finally, someone that describes the abstract parts with whiteboard drawings...
tbh learning a new language is really easy once you've already learnt a language before and in my opinion the best thing to do is to try and make clones of existing programs...you will learn a lot faster that way and your first will be a bit junky but with time you start to improve...Good luck to anyone starting on this journey
A lot of RU-vid users says the fastest way is to learn algorithms and data structures. Do you also recommend this as one of the fastest way to become a software developer?
Hi Imtiaz, Thanks for the video. I have BS in Electrical Engineering and I’m working as a software developer. Do you think going for Masters helps for improved salary and skills?
Sir i know basics of coding in python some c++ , Some basics of web dev. I have a computer science background . I know basics of linux(i use almost daily).I haven’t learned java. How much it will take me to learn advanced java(to develop applications).
Hello, thanks for sharing this! I wonder does anyone took this exact path from scratch and no Cs background? If so, then how he describe he's experience! I appreciate any kind exchange about this.
Genuinely interested, but at 1:41 I'm confused. Do you pick one path like Data Analyst or Software Developer on either side, or learn everything and follow down the order in the middle? Are there small things to practice or (unfortunately, like most courses) just go through a lot and then dumps you into the ocean from a helicopter with weights attached, holding a scribbled sign saying "good luck" as you flounder helplessly into the abyss, feeling as if the stuff you are trying to do are ten steps ahead of where you currently are? You can tell I've had my experiences.
Masallah Brother Ahmad and the best teacher that I never seen Just brother I need to learn this language but can you help me in how to learn this langauge
Hey imtiaz. i am following ur Data Structure's and Alogrithms course in udemy. i find it very helpfull. I have a question to ask about about data structures and algorithms. For most of the problems ,best algorithms are already found by somebody. so learning data structures and algorithms means learning best algorithms which already exists and know where to implement in our work right?.. Please reply me i have this question running in my head for a long time..
@@Jobreadyprogrammer Thank you so much for replying. I strongly feel that you targeted quality over quantitiy , i feel this when ever i see any video of your in udemy or youtube. keep going bro:)
Someone advised me to choose web development first, they say it's easier to transition from web application to Java app development . Plus it's faster to learn. Web development .
can you show some preview or demo of end product? I want to purchase the course. Just not sure if I should learn Javascript or Java. Think if the teaching is so good, probably Java also can do the work
Just google or click deeplearning4j.org/ for deep learning and other framework for more general computer vision is opencv , it is in c++, python and java.
Sir I know basic java plus oop and doing MySQL with Android and eclipse GUI side wise is it enough to be carried together or can I learn spring gram work 5 with it I have just started MySQL and know how to create and retrieve data from tables and stuff so what do you suggest
Hello Imtiaz, thanks for the informational video. I wanted to ask you this- I have 60 college credits in Business Administration from outside of usa which is equivalent of asscociate in USA after evalutaion. I want to work in software developement/engineering field. Do you think not having bachelor degree would be a major factor and a hurdle in getting a job even if you master the technologies. Thank you.
Sir I want to ask that do I really need to know c,c++,data structure fully before learning Java and is data structures required to become Java developer?
Hi Imtiaz Ahamad, Thanks for sharing the path to get into the IT for non technical background. I need some clarification, after purchasing the course if I get any doubts how could I get to know about that and how would placement happens. Will appreciate your time Thanks
Lorenzo Jimenez Why did you quit java? And what have you been doing after? I'm asking cause I wanna start with Java but I don't know what to expect of it. I don't know any programming language
Does your courses have an organize homeworks? I mean like todo assignments ib mid/large volume and not pause the video and give it a go Which is great by the way... but Im feeling I need these extra exersize
