you can add more boats to launch faster, only drawback is it drops framerate

Hmm… usually there will be one boat on the bottom and then the rest of the boats in the same spot on top - you could try breaking the bottom. If they’re all in a stack of like one per row, I’m not sure! Maybe double check everything is as it is built in the video, and that you don’t have any crazy mods or anything installed.

Yep! If you have a cape that’ll color the elytra, but you can also use a texture pack (if you do it’ll only look that way for you, though)

Hmm… it can lag sometimes if the boats move, but if they’re in place like the video they shouldn’t be lagging the game too much.

I just beat that record with a 8439 block launch.

I think so! I built it on a spigot server once but that was like 1.17 so it may or may not still work

place trapdoors on one side of the glass column and when you launch yourself, wedge yourself in that corner. the death doesn't come from the speed it comes from the trajectory
