I love how u talked about fasting because twice a year I do a fast from social media one in the beginning of the year (with my church) and one in the middle of the year. Might start it Wednesday.

I am so grateful for this, Madison. Thank you, so, so much-I know Jesus could’ve reached me through other means. By any means He wanted to, but I had grown so bitter over the years and had anger towards God, which was keeping me from Him. The episode you released on spiritual warfare has brought me back, to realize I will give up anything and everything to be close to the Lord. I am on a journey towards Him now. I wish I could run into His arms!

If you are going to fast I would recommend the book “fast as a girl” by dr. Mindy Pelz. If you are a women it’s important to look at the hormones and how that affect us. Before believing in GOD, I usted to fast for weight loss. And it was hard for me to start fasting to get close to GOD instead of just for the way my body would look afterwards. But in researching also the benefits of fasting, on how GOD it’s so incredible that fasting can heal not only our mind and soul but also our bodies!!!! 🙌🏼
oh maddie, I absolutely love when your doing the pods by yourself. there are no distractions and you are just flowing and God just speaking through you. yes it is good to have guests once in a while but I really come here to hear you! to hear God speak through you! thank you God for this amazing soul who is speaking so much truth. About the part there you were saying that no one wants to listen to you when you're just you on the podcast. That is definitely not true, I was just going through your podcasts trying to find one where it is just you, not because I don't like the ones with guests, but I just love to hear you talk alone sometimes and your words are so powerful. Madi lately when I’m on my period I try to focus on God and it’s definitely the hormones and stuff. I try to stay focus on Him but sometimes I feel either too down or too tired or I let my emotions get the best of me. And truly I try my best in being focused on God during my period but I feel the opposite…and ofc I never go by my feelings but when my period comes around, it just literally knocks me down. Would you do an episode on how you focus on God during your period and dealing with hormones… Because I feel like a lot of us Girls, deal with this it’s just we’re not very vocal about it and majority of the time we just keep it to ourselves.
