Saying that it's just fine to be 'fat' if you're happy with it is completely irresponsible. It's basically the same as telling a heavy smoker or an alcoholic that if that's what makes you happy, the more power to you. Obesity can lead to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, obstructive sleep apnea, high cholesterol, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, polycystic ovary syndrome and osteoarthritis. Obviously, it's nothing to be taken lightly or to be proud of and applauded for.

I am a man who is 6' 3", and I just turned 44. The last time i weighed myself [on January 5th], i weighed 259lbs. I am still considered overweight [i might even still be in the obese category]. I was at 290 lbs about a year and an half ago. It does take a lot of work and discipline. I look at pictures of myself when i was heavier, and it inspires me to lose more weight. I hope I can get below 200, maybe around 190-195 lbs...

I can't more than a few seconds of the vid, but I see it like this. They should see themselves as beautiful, but it doesn't seem healthy to celebrate being overweight and it'd help them if they started to eat more healthy and get more exercise.

You know, there's a lot of people that they are just tired of society as this entity that expect a lot from you, like you need to be what they say is perfect. You dont have to please society, most of the people that change the world for better didnt please it either. BUT, dont fool yourself, you have to have some personal boundaries, for your well being and happiness, or that will have some negative consequences on your life. You dont have to look like a model, not all of the people with some level of obesity develope health problems, but dont be delusional and ignore any sign of possible health problems in the future.

If you don't like how you are, change. If you do like how you are, don't change. It's up to you! Ignore anyone who disagrees with you, especially those who hate you. Fat or skinny, we all die! Live 1st!

My thing is if you are going on social media and you know you look crazy etc deformed etc and you want to display yourself like Barnum brothers or john merrick the elephant man you have to expect people to have jokes or be mean or kove you to death. But if the person is doing it for likes etc and they look crazy or are doing crazy shit im going to laugh. I would never make fun of anyone in this world and especially not in public at all. I was on the train one day as a child with my mother and she made me sit purposely next to a deformed man and i was scared as fuck next to him. But it taught me how to have respect and a heart and empathy for everyone and how to ve kind. And again she made me watch the elephant man as child by myself and again i was scared as fuck but i learned humanity and empathy for people.

As far as how much money they spend on food, it's probably not as expensive as you'd think. You can buy a healthy lunch for $5-10 or you can get fast food for the same amount. Soda with sugar is one of the main causes of obesity & it's like 800 to 1000 calories per 2 liter bottle which costs around $2. A lot of people will drink a 2 liter in a day, so that's 1000 extra calories every day just from soda.
