Today's Recipe: Mango Salsa for Grilled Fish
1 large mango, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. minced red onion
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients and use as a topping for any grilled fish.
