Yes I believed him. I have thrown out several stories in the past of young success to this level. Did I investigate every property? No. But yes, I think that what this person told us is true.
No way. He said in his first year he made 17 million gross 600k net. He should sell around 100 multifamily in 1 year. (200k in Columbus and 140k in Cleveland he said average I calculate 170k). Need to check how much multifamily sold in those areas. Unfortunately Bigger Pockets Money goes scam way day by day. Cuz its easy, still makes money etc.
Great talk. This dude is crushing it. I started my business at 24 y.o. and the sacrifices you have to make are significant, at any age really in business, but it seems like he’s been grinding hard. Hope it all continues for him.
