I guess one could be back then... Those days are long since gone in most areas... Now, it's a small-fry, street vendor on practically every corner selling whatever is available at the moment... Thanks partially to a reduced hours, piss-poor paying, legitimate job market, there is an influx of "part-time dealers" supplementing their incomes with extra money...
