Hi bro..my weight 100 kg...hai main avi daily 10k step chal raha hun..gym jane ka money nai hai.avi next month mera physical exam hai so main practice kar raha hun ..so main kya include karun 10 k step ke saath..and yes loose skin v sayad hoga mera age and muscle v loose hoga so guide me...and diet kya lun main .
10 k steps very well done, walk dont run. Have protein in food form. Hydrate yourself. And soup and salad for dinner. I cant say how many calories without knowing you.

Bro mera weight bahut jaida ho gya approx 105 mai bahr ka kuch nhi khata , na sweet kbhi kbhi festival pe ye ab khata hu phir v mera weight constantly bdh rha hai , mujhe guide kro bro ki iss process ko kaise start kru ..... Waise maine 2 din pehle hi gym join kiya hai .... Aur mai trainer afford nhi kr akta to please bro pro guide kr do 😢
Bhai aap pehle toh 10.000 steps har roz time nikal ke challo aur, din ka jo bhi khaana khaate ho, usko poora pet bharke mat khaao. Also stop eating anything heavy at night and you will see the difference
