Looks delicious. I would not add the salt and only one teaspoon of Olive Oil. Would also add 100 grams of tuna or low fat beef. Throw in a cup of cabbage, a cup of spinach, and the contents of two boiled eggs in addition to some low fat high protein Greek yoghurt mixed with Cayenne spices, black pepper and a chopped apple. Apple Cider Vinegar to preserve it longer.
