there are words with 3 and 7 and 9 cuz arabic has some letters that dont exist in english... so they are just replaced with numbers.. u can read 3 as "AA" and 7 as "H" and 9 as "K"
in morocco we use numbers and letters in the words for exemple 1 means I 2 mean A 3 means Aã 4 means Gh 5 Kh 7 means H 8 means we 9 means K But these are just abbreviations for the French language, but the Moroccan dialect is mixed in French so much that we use these symbols to find links between our dialect and the French language with which we communicate so much in Morocco But the reason we use these links is social media and chats You know how You need to write something brief, quick and understandable Because we enter the numbers in our words, they are only abbreviations of letters
9 and 7 and 3 are some letters that people who are not arabic can't pronounce... this letters aren't at the keyboard so we use numbers that almost looks like it...

Arabic language has more letters 🔤 than Greec language. That's why u see number, actually numbers are letters but there's no equivalent in your language. 7 = Ha = habibi. ( doesn't sound like Ha,rd or Help. It's (7=ح ) We have in Arabic ع or 3.
7 = H but like Habibi in arabic means baby hahah and 3 = A arabic lettre ع u can look for it haw its pronance and there is more like 9= ق arabic lettre
Hi Tay & Steph Well, i want to explain to you how we can read all the words with 3 7 and 9 ... So, first u must know that arabic cant be written in latin characters, it is actually written like this : ت ت م ك لا ي ث ح غ ق ف د .... But since when most of all keybords contain latin characters by default, we "as arabian people" have to find a way to substitute some of the charaacters with number because arabic language contain more letters than latin languages. Actually, i dont think that u cant pronouce these letters because u have never used it, but u can try to listen to it in google translate in voice. So, here is ur guide to it : 2 = أ 3 = ع 5 = خ 7 = ح 9 = ق I hope that this can be helpful to you, and if u need more explanation u can contact me.
