Actually he generally is in that shape. He put on 30kg (60lbs)for the film. So it was actually "Fit to Fat to Fit". He is 53 years old.

Nope. He is looks,like Tom Hanks. But i thinks he is more like Leonardo Dcaprio. When you thougt that he was just a handsome boy that will only played a typical romance film but it turned to be an actor that only choosed to play the the character and the plot story with quality

One thing to keep in mind that when he started putting on weight his muscles were already trained. He has been working out all his life so the foundation for muscles was already there. So in 5 months he did not transformed from zero to hulk. Still it takes a truck load of dedication to come back to 9.7 % fat even if you have been an Olympic athlete.

he's the best actor of bollywood guys nd they hv not made him look younger he actually transformed himself that way its all real what u saw he's a very dedicated guy just loves his work. one suggestion : don't speak a lot or start talking while the video is still on let the video finish then discuss n speak whatever u hv to that will aslo help u to understand whatever u r watching better.

He was on PED and TRT for this transformation. DO you really think he got ripped naturally that fast by eating food only??? Get real. It take more than 2 years of time to get that ripped under 10 percent body fat. I can bet my life into this.
