NYPD: On Tuesday, July 09, 2024 at approximately 0054 hours, officers responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress at XXX West 43rd St, within the confines of the Midtown South Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a 55-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive with a stab wound to his torso. The victim was transported by EMS to Mount Sinai West in critical condition where he was later pronounced deceased. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
Pursuant to the ongoing investigation, the following individual was arrested and charged on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 0600 hours in the confines of the Midtown South Precinct.
