Oh HELL YES!!! A lot better bro. I am in market for a Fatboy S also. Let me ask you this though. How do you like the 110? Love your bike bro, and great choice on pipes :)
The 110 has power in every gear at any rpm. And by power I mean a hell of a lot of torque. Never rode anything like it. Sounds great with the pipes too. Only thing I will complain about is that it runs hot. Hopefully after I get an air fuel controller on it I can keep the temp down. Light to light in the city is not recommended, this is a country cruiser that needs air.
Easy to do if you have basic experience wrenching. The stock exhaust gasket is a pain in the ass to remove. Just be really careful you don't scratch up the pipes after you take them out of the packaging, it's easy to do. I recommend laying them on a clean soft blanket if you need to put them down. Then have a buddy help you attach them as it can be tricky by yourself. Congrats on the bike !
You should get the air fuel controller. It backfires if you don't. Although your bike is not out of warranty if you choose not to. The bike should eventually adjust to the extra air flow created from the exhaust, but that could take up to 500 miles.
Watch out I just turned 13k on mine I had the recalled clutch rebuilt at 10k * * * The rear axle bearing blew out and the rear wheel cracked at highway speed. Full wobble etc. be careful
Question for the owners of 2016-2017 Fat Boy S: Does that Screaming Eagle Performance Air Cleaner comes stock with the SE 110 this bike has? I just bought a 2017 Fat Boy S, and I am just trying to figure out what is stock vs not. Thanks
will123345 Nice, do you ride the bike some time only with the pipes and the air filter? Some people think that you need the fuel pack, I don't think is that completely true, what's your thoughts about it?
Definitely runs better with the fuel controller. You don't need it, but its hard on the bike in my opinion. Bike will run lean and hot without it. It won't damage the bike right away, but down the line it will cause excessive wear and tear.
@@PAULY-P I was referring to the sound, since this is a sound comparison video. The Evo is of course a technical advancement of the Shovelhead but it still has weaknesses - the INA inner cam bearing (plastic caged) should be swapped for a Torrington (full complement) and check those cylinder base gaskets for leaks! Gimme that over the Twinkie any day! 😜
No it was because i wanted to know what it would sound like with this exhaust and i couldn't find a video. So i made one in case anyone else was interested in this exhaust. Don't be an internet tough guy.
Loud pipes saved my life many times. Also, I'm sure the stock baffles are on here as my Big Shots with NO baffles are louder. True Harley sound. Trust me, you want to be heard.
