After this part , he starts giving Hakunon(her specifically only) candies whenever you stay too long in the Labyrinth , exploring the maps and leveling up.
Man, this is my favorite part in CCC and Fate in general. I just love how Hakuno/n does not give up and their hard work paid off as Gil finally acknowledge them to the point where he calls them "master". Also: "From now on, I will become your sword." Taking a page from Artoria, eh.
@@CodeyPro That's wrong. Casgil is Gilgamesh's older self, not his causal. Archer is his younger, more arrogant self. Yes, they can change classes but they're technically different from each other
@@obermerlin We see Caster Gilgamesh in the summer events, that's why I say that he's the casual form that Gilgamesh likes to be in. His Archer form isn't necessarily his younger self either as he could've been the old wise king of Uruk as well; the difference is really just in mindset. Archer Form believes that everything must live up to his own standards while Caster Gilgamesh is more accepting of the fact that people and things can't be everything that he wants them to be. He can freely slide between his classes because of this exact difference as it's all a question of his mindset at the time.
@@CodeyPro bit isn't casgil the one after enkidu died and the long journey for inmortality but becomming the King his people needed in the end Archer gil is the one before all that the arrogant and selfish King we know as archer gil before he lost his friend or even slightly after losing him But if you mean in extra he is the "true" King gilgamesh he has no real class in this game either
Subtly speaks for his observation skills and intelligence for him to be able to deduce that you do know him personally from your behavior alone. Man he needs to use his clairvoyance more often, he gets screwed over a lot.
He usually ignores outcomes that end badly for him, so the times where his ego was so high it was what costed him to be taken down time and time again.
@@GeorgeMonet So what lol You cant say more obvious things, actually you can - its a Story. Also Gill has several writers who writers him about the same, cus its his Character, its makes sense lol
When he say nothing and just stare at hakunon struggling into the core, I knew he does that on purpose to see if we are determined enough to do it. BB just ticked the wrong servant now 😂
Hakuno's canon servant is more likely to be Nero, if only because the Nero ending is the one that ties into Extella best from what I can tell...though all the endings tie in some way. I just can't see Gil's ending as the canon one since Gil outright saves Hakuno in the ending and whisks her away to only gil-knows-where since Hakuno couldn't stay in the moon cell
@@gypsysprite4824 I agree that Nero is most likely the canon option for the Extra route, but for the CCC timeline (which is a different route from that of Extra), Gil seems to be the probable one for female Hakuno. CCC doesn't tie into Extella directly as well it seems, but rather as an alternate parallel world that Gil remembers.
@@mariiriin Yes, Gil has the Clairvoyance, Sha Naqba Imuru (He who Saw the Deep): The Omniscient Omnipotent Star NP to see "the truth" and every his incarnation (plus the whole GoB deal) in every space-time, so its makes sense that he the one that can always 'remember'.
This was really sweet! Like Hakunon I felt heartbroken when Gil says he doesn't remember you ;3; But it's been very fun to see their relationship grow so much! You really learn to subconsciously trust the oldest tsundere in human history XD
Fujimaru Ritsuka/Gadou and Kishinami Hakuno; the only two "normal" people who can actually work with Gilgamesh - the only people he actually acknowledges as "master"!
@Dodo Dodo Ritsuka is too much of an abnormality to represent the humanity that he admires in Hakuno. I mean, Hakuno ain't exactly normal as well, but have you looked at all of the servants Ritsuka can befriend?
Actually, Gil hasn't call Ritsuka "master" yet. In Babylonia, he treated Ritsuka like someone worth teaching and protecting while he sees Hakunon as someone who is equal to him. It's not surprising since the Ritsuka-Mashu relationship is what they really want to develop in Fate/GO series.
Too much Gilgamesh fever it is! OMG! I want Gil on my screen every minute. I was touched by this episode and can't stop playing babylonia on FGO!! I can die a happy mongrel now!! 👏👏👏👏👏 Anyway, I cant thank you enough for this upload! Kudos to you and your team (if you have any)
Irrelevant enemy monster: Has only 10,000 hp. Gilgamesh Enuma Elish: Does freaking 100,000 damage. Is Hakunon seriously asking if she can win against BB after doing that?! The AUO will completely obliterate everything with that 0 cost, 100k damage!
That was so fucking good! Gil really is the best character in Fate. The progression of his relationship with Hakunon was so satisfying! Hakunon herself is more than what I initially expected and I love that.
@@vanatos8989 My reply is very late, but he willingly allows Karl(the main villain of Extella Link) to use him as a mana battery just as a proverbial middle finger to the Moon Cell. For funsies basically. However, he gets stuck like that, hooked up to the battery, and when you find him, basically orders you to immediately rescue him. Then after you do, he says "not my problem, have fun cleaning up this mess" and then takes off on Vimana laughing like he wasn't a damsel in distress for a good minute, only to then show up in your home base complaining about the decor in his new room in your barracks. As a side note, it's his darn fault that throughout the story the brainwashed Karna you keep having to fight is capable of spamming Vasavi Shakti, because Gil just has an outrageous amount of Mana, to the point that Tamamo says that despite being a Caster, on her best day she can't compare to the amount Gil has. Thanks, Gil. You got us nuked several times in cutscenes by giving a brainwashed Karna more Mana than he can burn through, and simultaneously maintaining an evil giant flying fortress city with magic cannons that keep shooting at everyone.
GIL-SAMA YOU...I can’t even be mad anymore because you made me cry at the very beginning and then you act like a tsundere at the end....damn it...TwT.... THANK YOU! This was by far one of my favorite parts to see this special scene!
I headcanon that in his ending, Gil and Hakuno spend a lot of their time on that distant planet basically recreating the plot of Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War. Just constantly trying to get each other to admit to being in love first.
Gil saying her voice is attractive makes me wish we had a VA for her during this game (also wasn’t her voice described to be super quiet in some random drama CD, like barely-there-almost-silent type of voice? to the point one of the other characters had to speak her lines for her lol) would have made it funnier when he tells her not to shout at 25:12
From what I can remember from some ones explanation about Gil’s Noble phantasm is that those three galaxies aren’t actual Galaxies right? They have something to with Sumerian after life or some sort of cycle but don’t quote on me that.
Of course they aren't actual galaxies. Do you have any idea how huge a galaxy is? The Earth is a tiny planet orbiting a sun which is 1,300,000 times the volume of the Earth. Our sun is one of millions orbiting a giant black hole.
what does gilgamesh say in the attacks selection screen when enuma elish becomes available? At this case, at the start of this battle? i'd like both japanese and english
Random question, but do you read Japanese? I was interested in learning on my own to play these games by myself, so I was wondering how long it would take to at least be able to read without much trouble?
The writer cannot go two seconds without creating massive plot holes and contradictions. If this is true then everything that happened in the previous two videos couldn't have possibly happened the way the writer wrote it. Because the PC should also have the same protection against change that every other character has. The stupid writer writes a story which can only occur if the PC is a mage capable of using magic, and then writes deus ex machina things which happen to the PC which could only happen if the PC couldn't use magic. Or maybe the PC just spends every offscreen moment sniffing glue.
This scene is so poorly developed. They should have not constantly interupted with stupid pointless dialogue every two seconds. Instead the only thing the scene should have featured was Hakunon advancing towards Gilgamesh in a body that was constantly being slowly torn apart. Then it would have made sense to show her walking quickly, then slowly, then forcing herself forwards, then crawling, then dragging herself along and finally just inching forwards. But they wasted all that in the previous scene even though it made no sense and added nothing so they didn't want to do the crawling thing again here even though it would have made more sense here and actually been impactful to the experience. This is Ghostbusters 2016 all over again with a producer who doesn't understand the power of letting a joke breathe and instead thinks there should be constant inane prattling.
