Number one, have you SEEN the cost to play a round of 18 holes lately? In the long run, this is an awesome investment. Number two, how do you know what his intentions are with his backyard? If people can rent a person's pool for a day, why couldn't they rent his golf course? It would make for a great party of any kind.
