I am from Ohio and father Mark had a very profound impact on my life. I have been left starving for his passion for the word and my soul. Till we meet again. I will pray for his soul. You will be missed on this earth.
He with ears, hear: Through the Holy Spirit, God has put it on me to preach to those lost in the devil's deceit! Hear me when I say, ye that are Catholic have been deceived and know not God. Ye worship Mary, praying to her; when God tells his to worship none other than him. It is idolatry. Catholicism has its own Bible and teachings, which are blasphemous to the word of God: the Holy Bible. As ye follow the teachings of man and not God; ye hear the pope, but not Jesus, yet ye claim to be his disciples! These are but a few things I named ye dwell within; there are many more. I tell you now to repent of your sins, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and you'll receive the gift of the Holy Spirit upon asking the Father! There are *NO* sub-divisions of Christianity. You're either a disciple of Christ or not. A Christian is someone who follows God's word, not a religion. Who obey the Father and follow his will; not man's nor their own heart's. Unless you keep Jesus' commandments, think not the Holy Spirit will dwell within you! They who heed this message and did what was stated with an open heart to God... Read the Holy Bible (KJV) daily and every time before you read, pray to the Father and ask: "Lord I ask that you give me understanding of your word, that I interpret it the way you want me to, and none of my own. I ask you in Jesus' name, amen." Revelation 22:8-9 KJV 8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. 9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. Acts 2:38 KJV 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Luke 11:13 KJV 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? John 14:21-24 KJV 21 *He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.* 22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? 23 Jesus answered and said unto him, *If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.* 24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and *the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.* 3 John 1:11 KJV 11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. *He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.* 1 John 3:6-10 KJV 6 *Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.* 7 Little children, let no man deceive you: *he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.* 8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9 *Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.* 10 *In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God,* neither he that loveth not his brother.
Hey Jeffery! How far out are you from Steubenville? I'll be there March 1st-3rd. If you want to meet up for a lunch or something let me know! Father Mark Beard was my uncle.
You touched my heart with your beautiful homily, Fr. Miles. You will be burying two brothers in a matter of days, and yet here you are strengthening and consoling all of us-just as Jesus would. We love you and thank you for being such a good shepherd. Fr. Mark Beard, pray for us as we pray for you! ❤

@@Call_Upon_YAH Many have responded beautifully and charitably to your copied-and-pasted comment, and you seem to be deaf to it. I’m moving on. Peace to you.
@@Call_Upon_YAHplease do your research as to where the Bible came from; I.e who compiled the Bible under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Our Lady always points to Jesus, never detracting from Him. We honour Our Lady as Christ honoured His mother when he obeyed the commandment to honour our mother and father. Scripture is to be interpreted through the magisterium which comes down to us from the apostles. The reason that there are so many denominations is there is only individual interpretation and no central authority. Jesus gave the keys if the Kingdom to St Peter. There are not millions of St Peter however all Popes who are Christ earthly representatives can trace there lineage down the ages to St Peter. Remember the bible was not originally complied immediately as the apostles expected Jesus to return soon. Also people of those ages had much better memories and Tradition was passed down (capital T) as there was no printing press at the time the canon of scripture was finalised.
Unlike most of you I only got to know of Fr Mark the day after his passing, when his final homily popped up on my screen. Since then I've been listening to his past homilies every single day. Such passion for Our Lord and Our Lady, and the Truth. I'm shedding tears listening to this beautiful tribute, and can't help but empathise with his family, St Helena parishioners and those who listened to him online. In this day and age when true Holy priests are needed, we can't understand why God allowed this to happen. May Our Lady Consolata console you all, and May Fr Mark's soul rest in eternal peace. January 9, 2923 I came upon a talk Fr. Mark was giving at a retreat......and I was hooked! His love for the Trinity, for Mother Mary, and for Mother Church was contagious. His praying the Holy Mass was so reverent. Since that January, I've been attending Mass at my church, and then "attending" at St. Helena in Amite. RIP Fr. Mark and thank you.
I had just discovered Fr Mark Beard, I instantly realized how much Wisdom Our Lord gave to Fr Mark Beard and God also gave him the Gift of Preaching the Truth !!! From Canada..... So thankful to God for leading me to Father Mark just last week. Loved his homily which was so impactful. For sure he is in heaven with Jesus and Our Lady.
I always looked forward to Father Mark’s Sunday sermons. He was an inspiration and a guiding light for our faith. I will miss him terribly. Heaven has gained another Saint.
Fr Mark Beard, like Christ's words/teachings, your homilies were powerful and piercing. "The Truth and nothing but the truth" Jesus is the Truth. May God rest your soul in peace. Amen.
My family and I just recently found Father Mark. He touched our hearts and set on fire the Holy Spirit within us. He may be gone but his words will live on. Through Christ this man changed lives. So much love and prayers from St. Augustine, FL ❤
Just found Fr. Mark, and now he's gone! I simply can not listen enough, especially to his last homily. Do him the honor to share the heck out of everything he has recorded, for this servant of God, definitely spoke the TRUTH! I wonder if speaking truth got him a killed. (Single car accidents always make me wonder.) But, as he would have said, "So be it." God surely has an amazing place for him in His kingdom.
I'm from SC and was so happy to hear the dynamic messages from Fr. Mark, and I can truly say I am grieving him. I will not only pray for him, but to him!✝️🙏🏻
Thank you Fr. Miles for this heartfelt homily. Only someone who knew him as well as you and with your profound faith could have delivered it so beautifully. I know you love him dearly and will try to comfort his Parishioners during this most difficult and profound loss. May Gods bless you.
Beautiful tribute to an amazing priest. Holy Mother Church had lightning in a bottle with Father Mark. I’m convinced that Father Mark will begin interceding for us as soon as he sees our Lord face to face. We ain’t seen nothing yet. Be of good cheer.
Our family loved hearing his homilies.. so passionate he tried reaching us to reminded us how truly beautiful and important our Catholic faith is!! Thank you Fr. Beard for speaking truth which is so badly needed!!! We love you and miss you!!!

I just discover this amazing priest (Father Mark beard) a couple weeks ago and I have listen to several of his homily on RU-vid. He has impacted my faith and strengthen it with his knowledge and explanation of the faith. I have followed his teaching like given my intentions to the Lord and blessing myself. When you do something three times it means complete. I pray for all the parishioners of Saint Helena for the lost of their spiritual leader and pray they get an amazing replacement. I also pray for his family that God be their strength through this time of grief.
I listened to most of his amazing homily in you tube and I'll really miss you Father , but God has perfect plans for you , so now you're with HIM , Fr Mark. Pray for us !

Thank you Fr Miles for your beautiful words! I have never meet Fr Beard but seeing his work at Our Lady of Hope & his homilies on You Tube, I could tell that he was a true disciple of our Lord! May he rest in the loving arms of God & we will continue to pray for You, Our Lady of Hope retreat center & St Helena church as God will provide a way! God bless!
God bless you Father Mile's and Father Mark. I have been crying off and on since I heard. I don't know how you got thru that without crying. No one knows God"s plan, but too many great Priests have been taken from us.
I am very sad at the loss of my favorite Sunday homily, I found Fr Mark on YT and immediately looked forward every Sunday afternoon to catch his Sunday homily, I live in Kansas City! May God offer his angelic escort into heaven! Forever missed and loved. I conclude “ Forever my brothers and sisters in Christ “ AMEN
I had just found Fr Mark’s homilies recently and I found myself always intensely listening to every word he uttered up to very last. We have lost a great teacher, mentor, and a faithful son of God. We can honor by remembering and practicing his words. You are in my prayers, Fr Mark Beard. 🙏🙏🙏
That last sermon was the first time I had seen Fr. Mark, and I was moved and loved his fire. Then the next day I read the feeds that he was killed. I pray for you Fr. Mark. Thank you for that last sermon! I pray you are looking at the Lord now! 🙏🙏🙏
I've only known about Fr. Mark for several months now...... maybe 6months at the most. I haven't watched his homilies every week, but now that he's gone i have the NEED in me to watch ALL of his videos.......could this be the reason that the Good Lord took him so soon???.......so his videos will go even MORE viral??.......kind of like what happens when an artist dies and their artworks become Valuable ?
I only just recently came across Fr. Beard's Homilies and I am truly blessed to have found them. He was truly Our Lady's Son. We need more Priests like him.
I never met him; only heard him on youtube. The Church needs more priests who speak the truth powerfully as he did. Bless him. Let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.
I visited Amite many times that area loved Fr Mark...the silence is deafening there I'm sure. God bless him for his profound impact and especially his parents so as to ease their pain of loss. I can't imagine their suffering.

Around a year ago Fr Marks homily came up on my feed thanks to RU-vid’s algorithm. I have been hooked since then. Rest in peace beloved of the Father. Love from Melbourne, Australia. ❤️
