And I just realized that whole fantasy thing about Raph showing his daughter to Splinter while the others hold up baby stuff and a "Congratulations" banner was Mikey's and that was his idea of how to tell him. I think his brothers should've heard him out. It would have been sweet and cute. Oh, and I also guess that whole Raph holding up his daughter was a Lion King reference, except instead of the elder holding up the baby the parent did. All we're missing is a cliff and all of new york seeing the child!

Also, that whole "Can we go outside?" scene reminds me of a scene in the movie "Father of the Bride." The daughter tells her father she's getting married and after seeing these words come out of the five year old version of his child, he says no. Very much like Splinter. Leonardo asks if they can go outside now, and he imagines the words coming out of a ten year old Leonardo, along with seeing the other turtles like this. And he didn't exactly make the situation easy for them by saying "Maybe in another fourteen years." That part was funny! Also, I've got a collection of TMNT short stories with them as kids, starting from when they mutated. I was only able to get two finished, though, so if anyone has suggestions fire away.

How he knew whose daughter she was might be considered a little creepy, though (unless he heard the panic in the other room, then I guess it could be explained). Also, is the mother Mona Lisa. I understand she's supposed to be a salamander and in the 1987 version Raph fell in love with a salamander named Mona Lisa and another salamander made an appearance in the Nickelodeon version. Considering this comic is based off the Nickelodeon series, it would probably be Mona Lisa. Although, I don't remember her being an alien... Also, what's the daughter's name? And what does everyone think about the hot tempered Raph being a dad?
