Dearest gentle viewer, today is Father's Day and we are celebrating all the present fathers in our lives. I invite you to join me as I cook a sumptuous five course meal for the man of the house. It is always good to celebrate every man that goes out of their way to provide for their family and this day was his. I hope you learn, pick a thing here and maybe use it in your home.

appetizer
Fruit punch consisting of fruits, mint leaves and ginger and apple booster
Soup
I purried baked carrot and chery tomatoes into soup. This I served with homemade bread.
Salad
Mixture of veggies and fruits. i.e apples, dried fruits, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and mixed salad lettuce. For the dressing I used white vinegar and sugar.
Main Course
I made Biriyani Rice with chicken curry.
For the chicken I marinated it with Biriyani masala, thyme, onion powder, cayenne pepper, royco nyamachoma and paprika. As it simmered I added coriander and crispy onions.
while cooking, I added garlic and ginger, onions and chicken cubes.
For the rice, I cooked using black pepper seeds, cardamon and Cummin seeds. At the very last stage I added food colour.
