I just heard about the xray testing from "The Joy of the faith" Podcast...and Ray really does his homework. They will never be able to prove that the shroud is 100% from Jesus, as some need before they will believe. I personally have no doubts that this is the burial cloth of the Savior of the world! I am grateful to have lived at a time in the 2000 year history of this shroud to witness all these tests. Kevin...I agree with you that the bible is a beautifully inspired book. I am grateful to the Catholic Church fir deciding on what books should, and should not be put in it at the council of Rome in 382. So before that, the faithful were taught by tradition of handing down the faith by word of mouth, taught by the apostles. The bible does say that we are to only get our teaching from it alone...though it does say to hold fast to what is written, and what is handed down by tradition. I am not trying to say this snarky.
