A meeting between Dr Afolabi, Nick sentinel and Fiona informs us that the silent listener has gathered what's is going in with the summit,that the Trick and hence The Choice Matrix will be used to decide between Path Alpha and way Omega.
In chapter 14, President Bangoura, the chair of The Method committee presents The Choice Matrix, which will be used by the summit to decide between Path
Alpha and way Omega.
After back and forth on the suitability of the method, the chair calls Minister Zinto and Dr. Afolabi to conduct the tossing of the coin.
From the two tosses, it is decided and declared that Path Alpha was the choice.
