078. Surah Naba - 40 Ayahs, Transliteration & Translation ﺃَﻋُﻮﺫُ ﺑِﺎﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻣِﻦَ اﻟﺸَّﻴْﻄَﺎﻥِ اﻟﺮَّﺟِﻴﻢِ 'A 'oothu billaahi minash-Shaytaanir-rajeem. I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the outcast ﺑِﺴْﻢِ اﻟﻠَّﻪِ اﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَٰﻦِ اﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢِ Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. ﻋَﻢَّ ﻳَﺘَﺴَﺎءَﻟُﻮﻥَ ﴿١﴾ 1. AAamma yatasaaloona 1. About what are they asking one another? ﻋَﻦِ اﻟﻨَّﺒَﺈِ اﻟْﻌَﻈِﻴﻢِ ﴿٢﴾ 2. AAani alnnabai alAAatheemi 2. About the great news - اﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﻫُﻢْ ﻓِﻴﻪِ ﻣُﺨْﺘَﻠِﻔُﻮﻥَ ﴿٣﴾ 3. Allathee hum feehi mukhtalifoona 3. That over which they are in disagreement. ﻛَﻼَّ ﺳَﻴَﻌْﻠَﻤُﻮﻥَ ﴿٤﴾ 4. Kalla sayaAAlamoona 4. No! They are going to know. ﺛُﻢَّ ﻛَﻼَّ ﺳَﻴَﻌْﻠَﻤُﻮﻥَ ﴿٥﴾ 5. Thumma kalla sayaAAlamoona 5. Then, no! They are going to know. ﺃَﻟَﻢْ ﻧَﺠْﻌَﻞِ اﻷَْﺭْﺽَ ﻣِﻬَﺎﺩًا ﴿٦﴾ 6. Alam najAAali alarda mihadan 6. Have We not made the earth a resting place? ﻭَاﻟْﺠِﺒَﺎﻝَ ﺃَﻭْﺗَﺎﺩًا ﴿٧﴾ 7. Waaljibala awtadan 7. And the mountains as stakes? ﻭَﺧَﻠَﻘْﻨَﺎﻛُﻢْ ﺃَﺯْﻭَاﺟًﺎ ﴿٨﴾ 8. Wakhalaqnakum azwajan 8. And We created you in pairs ﻭَﺟَﻌَﻠْﻨَﺎ ﻧَﻮْﻣَﻜُﻢْ ﺳُﺒَﺎﺗًﺎ ﴿٩﴾ 9. WajaAAalna nawmakum subatan 9. And made your sleep [a means for] rest ﻭَﺟَﻌَﻠْﻨَﺎ اﻟﻠَّﻴْﻞَ ﻟِﺒَﺎﺳًﺎ ﴿١٠﴾ 10. WajaAAalna allayla libasan 10. And made the night as clothing ﻭَﺟَﻌَﻠْﻨَﺎ اﻟﻨَّﻬَﺎﺭَ ﻣَﻌَﺎﺷًﺎ ﴿١١﴾ 11. WajaAAalna alnnahara maAAashan 11. And made the day for livelihood ﻭَﺑَﻨَﻴْﻨَﺎ ﻓَﻮْﻗَﻜُﻢْ ﺳَﺒْﻌًﺎ ﺷِﺪَاﺩًا ﴿١٢﴾ 12. Wabanayna fawqakum sabAAan shidadan 12. And constructed above you seven strong [heavens] ﻭَﺟَﻌَﻠْﻨَﺎ ﺳِﺮَاﺟًﺎ ﻭَﻫَّﺎﺟًﺎ ﴿١٣﴾ 13. WajaAAalna sirajan wahhajan 13. And made [therein] a burning lamp ﻭَﺃَﻧْﺰَﻟْﻨَﺎ ﻣِﻦَ اﻟْﻤُﻌْﺼِﺮَاﺕِ ﻣَﺎءً ﺛَﺠَّﺎﺟًﺎ ﴿١٤﴾ 14. Waanzalna mina almuAAsirati maan thajjajan 14. And sent down, from the rain clouds, pouring water ﻟِﻨُﺨْﺮِﺝَ ﺑِﻪِ ﺣَﺒًّﺎ ﻭَﻧَﺒَﺎﺗًﺎ ﴿١٥﴾ 15. Linukhrija bihi habban wanabatan 15. That We may bring forth thereby grain and vegetation ﻭَﺟَﻨَّﺎﺕٍ ﺃَﻟْﻔَﺎﻓًﺎ ﴿١٦﴾ 16. Wajannatin alfafan 16. And gardens of entwined growth. ﺇِﻥَّ ﻳَﻮْﻡَ اﻟْﻔَﺼْﻞِ ﻛَﺎﻥَ ﻣِﻴﻘَﺎﺗًﺎ ﴿١٧﴾ 17. Inna yawma alfasli kana meeqatan 17. Indeed, the Day of Judgement is an appointed time - ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻳُﻨْﻔَﺦُ ﻓِﻲ اﻟﺼُّﻮﺭِ ﻓَﺘَﺄْﺗُﻮﻥَ ﺃَﻓْﻮَاﺟًﺎ ﴿١٨﴾ 18. Yawma yunfakhu fee alssoori fatatoona afwajan 18. The Day the Horn is blown and you will come forth in multitudes ﻭَﻓُﺘِﺤَﺖِ اﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎءُ ﻓَﻜَﺎﻧَﺖْ ﺃَﺑْﻮَاﺑًﺎ ﴿١٩﴾ 19. Wafutihati alssamao fakanat abwaban 19. And the heaven is opened and will become gateways ﻭَﺳُﻴِّﺮَﺕِ اﻟْﺠِﺒَﺎﻝُ ﻓَﻜَﺎﻧَﺖْ ﺳَﺮَاﺑًﺎ ﴿٢٠﴾ 20. Wasuyyirati aljibalu fakanat saraban 20. And the mountains are removed and will be [but] a mirage. ﺇِﻥَّ ﺟَﻬَﻨَّﻢَ ﻛَﺎﻧَﺖْ ﻣِﺮْﺻَﺎﺩًا ﴿٢١﴾ 21. Inna jahannama kanat mirsadan 21. Indeed, Hell has been lying in wait ﻟِﻠﻄَّﺎﻏِﻴﻦَ ﻣَﺂﺑًﺎ ﴿٢٢﴾ 22. Lilttagheena maaban 22. For the transgressors, a place of return, ﻻَﺑِﺜِﻴﻦَ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﺃَﺣْﻘَﺎﺑًﺎ ﴿٢٣﴾ 23. Labitheena feeha ahqaban 23. In which they will remain for ages [unending]. ﻻَ ﻳَﺬُﻭﻗُﻮﻥَ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﺑَﺮْﺩًا ﻭَﻻَ ﺷَﺮَاﺑًﺎ ﴿٢٤﴾ 24. La yathooqoona feeha bardan wala sharaban 24. They will not taste therein [any] coolness or drink ﺇِﻻَّ ﺣَﻤِﻴﻤًﺎ ﻭَﻏَﺴَّﺎﻗًﺎ ﴿٢٥﴾ 25. Illa hameeman waghassaqan 25. Except scalding water and [foul] purulence - ﺟَﺰَاءً ﻭِﻓَﺎﻗًﺎ ﴿٢٦﴾ 26. Jazaan wifaqan 26. An appropriate recompense. ﺇِﻧَّﻬُﻢْ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮا ﻻَ ﻳَﺮْﺟُﻮﻥَ ﺣِﺴَﺎﺑًﺎ ﴿٢٧﴾ 27. Innahum kanoo la yarjoona hisaban 27. Indeed, they were not expecting an account ﻭَﻛَﺬَّﺑُﻮا ﺑِﺂﻳَﺎﺗِﻨَﺎ ﻛِﺬَّاﺑًﺎ ﴿٢٨﴾ 28. Wakaththaboo biayatina kiththaban 28. And denied Our verses with [emphatic] denial. ﻭَﻛُﻞَّ ﺷَﻲْءٍ ﺃَﺣْﺼَﻴْﻨَﺎﻩُ ﻛِﺘَﺎﺑًﺎ ﴿٢٩﴾ 29. Wakulla shayin ahsaynahu kitaban 29. But all things We have enumerated in writing. ﻓَﺬُﻭﻗُﻮا ﻓَﻠَﻦْ ﻧَﺰِﻳﺪَﻛُﻢْ ﺇِﻻَّ ﻋَﺬَاﺑًﺎ ﴿٣٠﴾ 30. Fathooqoo falan nazeedakum illa AAathaban 30. "So taste [the penalty], and never will We increase you except in torment." ﺇِﻥَّ ﻟِﻠْﻤُﺘَّﻘِﻴﻦَ ﻣَﻔَﺎﺯًا ﴿٣١﴾ 31. Inna lilmuttaqeena mafazan 31. Indeed, for the righteous is attainment - ﺣَﺪَاﺋِﻖَ ﻭَﺃَﻋْﻨَﺎﺑًﺎ ﴿٣٢﴾ 32. Hadaiqa waaAAnaban 32. Gardens and grapevines ﻭَﻛَﻮَاﻋِﺐَ ﺃَﺗْﺮَاﺑًﺎ ﴿٣٣﴾ 33. WakawaAAiba atraban 33. And full-breasted [companions] of equal age ﻭَﻛَﺄْﺳًﺎ ﺩِﻫَﺎﻗًﺎ ﴿٣٤﴾ 34. Wakasan dihaqan 34. And a full cup. ﻻَ ﻳَﺴْﻤَﻌُﻮﻥَ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﻟَﻐْﻮًا ﻭَﻻَ ﻛِﺬَّاﺑًﺎ ﴿٣٥﴾ 35. La yasmaAAoona feeha laghwan wala kiththaban 35. No ill speech will they hear therein or any falsehood - ﺟَﺰَاءً ﻣِﻦْ ﺭَﺑِّﻚَ ﻋَﻄَﺎءً ﺣِﺴَﺎﺑًﺎ ﴿٣٦﴾ 36. Jazaan min rabbika AAataan hisaban 36. [As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account, ﺭَﺏِّ اﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَاﺕِ ﻭَاﻷَْﺭْﺽِ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺑَﻴْﻨَﻬُﻤَﺎ اﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَٰﻦِ ۖ ﻻَ ﻳَﻤْﻠِﻜُﻮﻥَ ﻣِﻨْﻪُ ﺧِﻄَﺎﺑًﺎ ﴿٣٧﴾ 37. Rabbi alssamawati waalardi wama baynahuma alrrahmani la yamlikoona minhu khitaban 37. [From] the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Most Merciful. They possess not from Him [authority for] speech. ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻳَﻘُﻮﻡُ اﻟﺮُّﻭﺡُ ﻭَاﻟْﻤَﻼَﺋِﻜَﺔُ ﺻَﻔًّﺎ ۖ ﻻَ ﻳَﺘَﻜَﻠَّﻤُﻮﻥَ ﺇِﻻَّ ﻣَﻦْ ﺃَﺫِﻥَ ﻟَﻪُ اﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَٰﻦُ ﻭَﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺻَﻮَاﺑًﺎ ﴿٣٨﴾ 38. Yawma yaqoomu alrroohu waalmalaikatu saffan la yatakallamoona illa man athina lahu alrrahmanu waqala sawaban 38. The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct. ﺫَٰﻟِﻚَ اﻟْﻴَﻮْﻡُ اﻟْﺤَﻖُّ ۖ ﻓَﻤَﻦْ ﺷَﺎءَ اﺗَّﺨَﺬَ ﺇِﻟَﻰٰ ﺭَﺑِّﻪِ ﻣَﺂﺑًﺎ ﴿٣٩﴾ 39. Thalika alyawmu alhaqqu faman shaa ittakhatha ila rabbihi maaban 39. That is the True Day; so he who wills may take to his Lord a [way of] return. ﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﺃَﻧْﺬَﺭْﻧَﺎﻛُﻢْ ﻋَﺬَاﺑًﺎ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺒًﺎ ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻳَﻨْﻈُﺮُ اﻟْﻤَﺮْءُ ﻣَﺎ ﻗَﺪَّﻣَﺖْ ﻳَﺪَاﻩُ ﻭَﻳَﻘُﻮﻝُ اﻟْﻜَﺎﻓِﺮُ ﻳَﺎ ﻟَﻴْﺘَﻨِﻲ ﻛُﻨْﺖُ ﺗُﺮَاﺑًﺎ ﴿٤٠﴾ 40. Inna antharnakum AAathaban qareeban yawma yanthuru almaro ma qaddamat yadahu wayaqoolu alkafiru ya laytanee kuntu turaban 40. Indeed, We have warned you of a near punishment on the Day when a man will observe what his hands have put forth and the disbeliever will say, "Oh, I wish that I were dust!"

Ur recitation changed my life.i wanna shear a story how to change it.once a time i woke up early morning and scroll youtube and sudden i notice your recitation surah naba..and its made me cry continuesly and i feel peace those time..then appreciated by you i decided to memories quran sharif and everytime every moment when i memories i follow ur sounds and its make me easy to memories.. Lot of thanks to shear how a quran is peace and how easy and spontaneous word to tell. Kindly pray for me if i will complete holy quran memorizing.and have a request to you, your 2016 recitation was amusing and authentic then nowdays recitation, pls try to recitation those type.and anothrt vital request please complete Whole quran Sharif surah coz i follow your recitation to do memories.
For those of you commenting on his clothes, he is dressed with in Islamic shariah which is from the navel to knee, for a man. There is nothing wrong with his dress code. Focus on his recitation and less on his appearances. Allah knows best.
78. Surah An-Naba' (The Great News) In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful 1. What are they asking (one another)? 2. About the great news, (i.e. Islamic Monotheism, the Qur'an, which Prophet Muhammad () brought and the Day of Resurrection, etc.), 3. About which they are in disagreement. 4. Nay, they will come to know! 5. Nay, again, they will come to know! 6. Have We not made the earth as a bed, 7. And the mountains as pegs? 8. And We have created you in pairs (male and female, tall and short, good and bad, etc.). 9. And have made your sleep as a thing for rest. 10. And have made the night as a covering (through its darkness), 11. And have made the day for livelihood. 12. And We have built above you seven strong (heavens), 13. And have made (therein) a shining lamp (sun). 14. And have sent down from the rainy clouds abundant water. 15. That We may produce therewith corn and vegetations, 16. And gardens of thick growth. 17. Verily, the Day of Decision is a fixed time, 18. The Day when the Trumpet will be blown, and you shall come forth in crowds (groups); 19. And the heaven shall be opened, and it will become as gates, 20. And the mountains shall be moved away from their places and they will be as if they were a mirage. 21. Truly, Hell is a place of ambush, 22. A dwelling place for the Taghun (those who transgress the boundry limits set by Allah like polytheists, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, hyprocrites, sinners, criminals, etc.), 23. They will abide therein for ages, 24. Nothing cool shall they taste therein, nor any drink. 25. Except boiling water, and dirty wound discharges. 26. An exact recompense (according to their evil crimes). 27. For verily, they used not to look for a reckoning. 28. But they belied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, and that which Our Prophet (Peace be upon him) brought) completely. 29. And all things We have recorded in a Book. 30. So taste you (the results of your evil actions); no increase shall We give you, except in torment. 31. Verily, for the Muttaqun, there will be a success (Paradise); 32. Gardens and grapeyards; 33. And young full-breasted (mature) maidens of equal age; 34. And a full cup (of wine). 35. No Laghw (dirty, false, evil talk) shall they hear therein, nor lying; 36. A reward from your Lord, an ample calculated gift (according to the best of their good deeds). 37. (From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and whatsoever is in between them, the Most Beneficent, none can dare to speak with Him (on the Day of Resurrection except after His Leave). 38. The Day that Ar-Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel) or another angel] and the angels will stand forth in rows, none shall speak except him whom the Most Beneficent (Allah) allows, and he will speak what is right. 39. That is without doubt the True Day, so, whosoever wills, let him seek a place with (or a way to) His Lord (by obeying Him in this worldly life)! 40. Verily, We have warned you of a near torment, the Day when man will see that (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the disbeliever will say: "Woe to me! Would that I were dust!" sadaka allahou laadhim
Abu Musa Al-Ash'arf narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: : The believer is to the believer like parts of a building, each one of them supporting the other." حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلاَّلُ، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْمُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ كَالْبُنْيَانِ يَشُدُّ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . Grade: Sahih (Darussalam)
Finally I finished memorizing Naziat. I found nabaa very intimidating in the beginning. But then when I was reading it together with you/this video, I tought I wouldn't have that much of a hard time. Wish me luck ;)

Usually recitation of Sura- al-Rahman or surah Yaseen or such surahs brings the heart to a stop. I've never felt such content of the heart on listening to the recitation of surah Naba. Thank you for sharing. Jazak Allah.
after all this years.. until now.. i still admire your voice in reciting the holy Quran ... seriously back there in year 2015 first i recognise is from this video.. my first impression is " wow.. he really recite it well, love the tone and harmony of the voice " it makes me fall a lot of tears.. such an inspiration for me to memorize the surah by listening and learn from your recitation video.. it was back there of year 2015 - 2018.. but now im a bit struggling of balancing my life so.. wish you can pray for me to get motivation again and im a work in progress.. i never get a chance to be at the mosque during your Visit at Malaysia with Muzammil hasballah .... wish you all the best and be a good muslim aamiin..assaamualaikum Salam Ramadan Kareem from Malaysia🤲
