Nice razor, just be aware if it's all copper, it will tarnish(patina). I have the all copper version of the PAA Ascension DOC, it has taken on a dark patina which looks good to me but some folks may want to polish their copper razor to maintain that new look. Nice shave Geo, Stirling is top shelf and the razor worked good as well. Thanks for the video.

I just got this razor in. It is pretty nice. The open comb was very smooth but gave a very close shave. It has a unique angle. I like it. A bargain

I really do like fatip razors in looks and shaving but the blade misalignment was just too much of a pain for me to deal with. I don't have the patience to centre the blade every time!

Nice video Geo, Fatips are kind of razors which leaves noone cold hearted, you either love them or hate them, but there is no undisputed feels. For me Fatip OCs, Fatip lo storto are beautiful in shave & design. Closed comb - not my fav in Fatip range. Have a nice weekend!

Hmm, I would think that copper is too soft. Guessing this is copper plating or a harder alloy. Love the look, though!

Will this develop a patina? Or is it just copper color? Has Fatip altered the threading for this razor so it can use other handles? I know earlier Fatip razors couldn't use other handles due to the non-standard threading they used.

Hello sir. I have a fatip piccolo special edition and I have a problem with the blade alignment with this particular safety razor and I have talked to others who have the same safety razor and have the same problem. Now I don't know if the particular one you show doesn't have the same problem.

I think this might be made of brass ... the Fatip website is a little unclear. Still kind of nice even if it is but I would expect it to be much more expensive if it was actually solid copper. I think if it was not copper I would have preferred bronze for the corrosion resistance. Nice post but it would be nice knowing for sure whether it is actually copper or just copper colored.
