I believe you need to adjust his speed dial inside of his tape player, but if that doesn’t work out, then it would be a good idea to replace the belt that works the tape player
When was it last ran? If recently change the battery see if it helps, if not recently give him a hot minute to wake up, im not overly familiar with the yes! Teddy so im not super sure how the motors work in him but his mouth looks pretty loose and easy to move so it might not be on the motor and the way his eyes didn't really move when you tried it kinda looks like a stuck motor.. so kinda sniff around his face see if you smell a burnt type of smell that will tell you if his motors are trying or not.. i cant really help you further cause i do all my studying on the WoW Teddys because that what i have and im not planning on any others until i get a gen 2 but I hope that helps
