Tried a new process today while considering how to wrap the tiny journal that would stay in the French theme! And I missed a step in the description - after I applied the tissue to the rice paper, THEN I applied a thin layer of the glue mixture over top. THEN dried it with the blow dryer!
Will need to research to find out what rice paper I used as the substrate, then can add it to the end, or at the very least in the tutorial when I do one. I really wanted to add some shimmer but alas, had packed away my mica powders!
