Oily skin here. La Mer Cool Gel moisturizer is a beautiful product. I was convinced after first using a sample size for several days. No question, it is outstanding and a small amount - half the paddle - is plenty. Morning and night. Another great find for my skin type - Chantecaille Rose and Geranium cleanser. Again, morning and night - a pea-sized amount.

I swear by La Mer’s The Concentrate. It really repairs and strengthens my skin. I also use regularly Sisley’s Black Rose mask. Really does plumps my skin up.

Hi Michele 👋 love your skincare picks. I definitely agree that La Mer is one of the best out there , its what I'm currently using. I also love Sisley black rose oil. Nothing even comes close to it and that's my favourite from Sisley skincare range. I've tried soooooo many oils but I always go back to Sisley black rose. Thank you for your recommendations, I've never tried the Velvet sleeping mask but I'll give it a try since you gave it top marks

This was very enjoyable. I love skincare. The Retrove Cleansing Elixir is so good and I just finished up one. I started using it when you first mentioned it years ago. The Revive SPF is now my new favorite sunscreen (thank you). I have not tried the Augustinus Bader Rich Cream yet but I'm going to order the Discovery Duo and see how my skin likes it.

I’ve worn La Mer for two decades and nothing works as well for me at keeping my mild rosacea calm and under control. I use the OG cream during the winter and whenever my skin is stressed. I use the soft cream during the summer. If it doesn’t work for you, then it is a waste of money. If it works for you, it’s priceless. I always purchase it when Sephora has their VIB Rouge sale because Nordstrom will price match. Another La Mer product I love is The Treatment Lotion which is between an essence and the lotion. I pat it on for an instant and soothing boost of hydration.

I have been rotating between La Mer and Augustinus Bader … I know these are pricey but it’s my skin. These lines plus water is my recipe … at 57 not a wrinkle yet … and I suffer from psoriasis. La Mer works for me. I also love Chanel No 1 skin care as well. And recently discovered K beauty La Niege … so I have a lot to choose from and everything is in a skin fridge. My favorite of it all … the La Mer Gel Cream.

Augustinus Bader (The Cream) is one of the more expensive thing I bought, and it’s totally worth it! I saw the difference after 3 days. I have oily skin that’s pretty good, but I’m 55. For me, it takes care of at least 2-3 serums, including an eye cream. It just makes my skin smooth, hydrated, and perky! The perk is what will have me buying it again. I was given a sample of the Rich one, and it didn’t seem super heavy. It sinks in. I’ll have to work more overtime to try their hair products. 😁

I know this is an older video, but I have been watching and learning so much and truly have become a fan. I was overjoyed to hear you love May Lindstrom!! I adore her and her products. The Jasmine Garden is my OG of all time. I use this not only for all the amazing ingredients but most of all for the scent and how it makes me feel. It's absolutely beautiful. If you love that you will love e love love The Good Stuff. This is a body oil that is so incredibly soft and the scent....incredible. It is only available a couple times a year but if you go on her wait list you will be notified. I ❤ it so much I purchased 5 bottles!! Ya I'm that crazy for it. Anyways....thank you for these videos. They are so teachable and I have my list and notes, saving my pennies for the day I can treat myself for my 55th birthday, like I did last year with May's magical products. ❤

I am addicted to the Bader Rich Cream. When I first started using it I took a photo of my face and then another one a month later to see if I notice a difference, which I did. On a lark, I took another one about a year after I started using it and my face is transformed. It is the real deal.

@@nica302 I don’t mind answering at all! I’m in my mid-50s and I would 100% agree with your assessment. I can remember trying an anti-aging line when I was in my 30s and it didn’t do anything for me. Dr. Sturm‘s products are wonderful they are just beyond my price point. While they are roughly the same as the Bader products, I found I went through them much quicker. Good luck to you in finding your Holy Grail products! When I was your age I used a lot of the Perricone products.

@@tammysummerswoodbeck1353 in the first month, fine lines around my eyes were diminished, and the depth of my nasolabial folds were smaller. Overtime, my forehead wrinkles were greatly diminished, sun damage, and damage that I’ve had from laser treatments, are almost completely gone, and I don’t have a pore in sight. As a sidenote, I have discontinued use of Botox, which I didn’t frequently anyway, but I don’t need it now.

Ok, I’ve been struggling to find the right cleanser for my combination skin - especially at age 65. I’ve tried Sisley, B Recherche, and Dr. Barbara Sturm - but nothing has hit holy grail status. I’m now ordering Retrouve’ to try since it works so well for you. I have treatment products I am using prescribed by my Dermatologist, but have not found the perfect daily cleanser. P.S. - you turned me on to Revive SPF 50 and it’s been in my rotation ever since. Thanks Michele! Have a great weekend. You always brighten my day! 😎

le mer truly has that magical miracle broth. I watched the making of Le Mer years ago and it was fascinating. it definitely heals wounds and burns. just wish I could afford it

@@katam3310 your wrong. the broth is still harvested from the giant sea kelp only found off Vancouver then fermented. you ought to study skincare biology before saying something rather stupid. petrolatum is an occlusion product great for post peels .

@@melindagenitempo2359 ohhh come on...please watch Cassandra Bankson video about this brand and ingredients and open your eyes And i didn't say that mineral oil is bad, but 500$ face cream and 2nd ingredient is the cheapest petrolatum this is a joke
