@@nicemarmot3902 It works on cats because they're domesticated and we use that sound with them starting when they are just kittens. When we do that sound they know a treat or attention are about to come their way. Would work on dogs too but they understand commands (cats usually don't), so you wouldn't have to settle for "psspspsps" and can instead just say "come here".
We think all deer are like Bambi, but they are not. We live in the suburbs with a lot of deer. Two bucks went into rut season, fought each other, and crashed through someone's large living room window.

Be careful you can bet momma is off a ways observing ,she sent the Fawn into your back yard to hide from predators as the Fawn has no scent and momma does ,she is sending her there to hide and stay still you.you are risking the fawns safety +and possibly exposing the child to a predator unknowingly and I'm quite certain that you don't want to do either ,besides you never know how momma will react! A mother deer can be a formidable adversary if you get her riled up they are not the Bambies o you read about in children's books.

How many times I have seen deer act just like while a person tries to go up and pet it and right as the person is about to touch it bam one hoof to the chest one to the face and the deer uses the person as a spring board to run away.
@@charisesumner5034 right I have let my daughter approach a deer but told her to not try to pet it you can go get a closer look but don't get too close and don't touch make sure to maintain at least two leg lengths of distance or you can get hurt.
Dont forget that the ground is probably covered in Aids as the mother fawn sprays aids on the ground to deter predators as it is well known that predators dont like aids and generally would rather not have it
This is the most adorable moment I have ever seen! I go and feed the deers everyday at the park where I live. I feed them everyday and when I drive my car to the park they run to the fence because they know I'm bringing them treats how adorable is that.? I just love the little critters they're so fun and they let me pet them and it's just a most amazing thing I love them so much there's five little boogers and they're so fun I just love them so much I enjoy them! Lord as cute as this is.... did Mama not think about POISON IVY possibly being somewhere in all that.... Lord I hope not. It was so cute. My grt-neice had an experience with a female fawn when she was a baby (abt 12-14 mo old) in a stroller. The fawn smelled her & let my grt-neice touch her. The fawn had been rescued & lived in the house with the farmers. It eventually lived in the wild but never strayed far.
I always love seeing little kids crawl, my son never did that. He went from sitting upright by himself to standing up and walking. Never pulled himself around or anything.
yes the baby was in danger because of the close encounter with a wild animal, but jesus christ that baby is wearing one of those little baby suits. My parents used to let me and my sister play naked in the dirt and sand in our garden which actually strengthens your child immune system. I actually have never really been sick my whole life. Maybe a little cold for 3-4 days with a little cough but that happened only once a year maybe. Parents these days are so over caring and think their babies are made out of glass and get sick if they don’t wear 5 layers of clothes and god forbid they play and crawl around on the ground. Those are the kids that are then constantly sick when getting older.
@@QoTRiZz as a kid my parents never let me play like that because not only was it unsafe it was just nasty my grandmother would kill me if I even dared to play in a sandbox as a kid yet I to have always had a very strong immune system I rarely ever got sick not even once a year my grandmother would try prevent me from getting sick by making me take spoons of raw honey and drinking herbal tea but when I talk about the baby not having anything on to protect her I didn't mean her getting sick I meant her getting scratched or scraped while crawling like that or even get a rash from the dirt
@@kikiunique9354 so what? As a little kid I always had a scratch on my knees, elbows and I still played around in our garden in the dirt or sandbox. I still wouldn’t then get my scratched up knee wrapped 10 times with a bandage and not be allowed to go out to play like some over protective parents who think their child would die by a little cut or scratch.

Dangerous is what it is. Mama deer could end it for baby and her mom with one swift kick each, not to mention the poor fawn should never be touched by a human, it puts the fawn's life in danger
