That was classic! The little fawn’s fascination with the squirrel was amazing! I wish my squirrels would come up to the hill and interact with the deer. They only come to my deck where the food is. Looks like we’re in for a lot of amazing videos of this new family member. 🌿🌷🌷🌷
I've never seen one of the fawns meet it's first squirrel, they are so curious about everything. I really didn't think one of the doe would bring out her new fawn so soon, when Goldie and this little guy just trotted on up I was over the moon with joy, a great start to what is hopefully a long friendship with both of them!😄♥️
@@wildlifeathome That’s so great. Yeah, being in the right place at the right time is the name of the game. I often marvel at what I happen to catch on a given day. That footage you got though is really fantastic. It’s like a reference video for someone doing an animated story about deer and squirrels! In the way that Bambi was created.
This ranks among one of my favorite visits! Everything is so new to the curious fawn, this was my first time seeing a fawn trying to figure out what the little grey fur balls running around on the ground are!🤣😁♥️

This was a first for me, such curiosity and so many new things for it to discover. I couldn't believe how comfortable both of them were with me, I figured a new mom would be more nervous with her little one around me. One of the other doe with her new twins didn't want much to do with me and left as soon as she saw me. I think Goldie and her baby will be quite exciting if everything goes right, should provide some fun videos!😄♥️
