Well that's the thing, there's 24 hours in a day and no one knows what their plans were. They could have been together before or after this. Yoko having a party with her friends where they could share videos of it while not feeding the ship is fine. We know Faye has to work the next day by her released schedule, but she was off on Yoko's birthday. Their relationship is secret, just like in Blank, and it will likely stay that way. We won't know until there is either a wedding or they no longer in each others lives. I wish the best for both of them whatever the outcome.

Some times you got to work on your LI Birthday, it happens to all of us. Faye is a busy busy person. Plus for all we know they went out later that night.

Yes faye has calmed down tremendously and that alone is a clear indication lol you don’t see her out dancing on girls in months now she been at work or in the house. They could’ve not did dinner together simply because of stuff like this. People would want to focus on them out in public and it was yoko day to enjoy and feel loved not be bombarded with questions about their love life
Technically if they are just co-workers with special bond due to working in the series, Faye could just join the dinner with P’Wan but for some reason she just chose not to, or let’s just say she’s busy. Easy to accept the fact this is just work for them. Nothing serious.
First to begin with, we have no idea if Yoko spent the late evening with Faye. She may have left after this and went to Faye's. Because Faye looked like she was home when they were Faye timing and we all know that they BOTH prefer to stay home for dates and also privacy. So, they could have had that home and Yoko could have spent the night because they were seen the next day together. But whatever, I think we should leave them be and let them live their private lives!

For me if that person is really impt to me then definitely I will make tym for her if it's a busy schedule.... If it's midnight I still make an effort to spend some time with that person after all we deserve love from the right person and should be a part in their little happiness.... We don't know how a person feel and see us we maybe the most impt to someone and they don't expect anything in return rather than our presence.
