I remember when jev first joined FaZe an people were outraged because they all thought he wasnt good, he was the first member recruited that was making funny vids like his ragtages an stuff but then he was dropping episode after episode an then we all knew how good he actually was!
he was a personality pick not for skill. Compared to average COD player he is obviously leagues better but sniping community standard wise he was fairly average. I think there was a period in MW2 FFA where he was potentially a top player for awhile but that was it.

FaZe Heist was the best sniper, Bloo is second and Cuban third. Heist was doing Nukes with the sniper, got bored for being the best sniper and went into competitive cod where he was really decent
He was like an urban legend for me and my friends back in MW2. They said once in your lifetime you might see Optic Predator in your lobby, and if you impressed him he would ask you to 1v1 a lower ranking member of the clan and take his spot if you win. We were delusional kids.
Banks never gives Sam pepper his credit. He’s helped him with so much.. merch/designs, brand collabs, Recruiting Tfue etc. Instead he just says “the guy that connected us” or sht like that.. hate to see it
If we are saying who the best is of all time, you have to weigh up what game setting we are talking. Overall, if you were to choose one sniper to represent you for all game modes, it would have to be Spratt. That guy was good at all CODs, he didn’t drop off. He was good at all game modes, 1v1s and held his nerve in tournaments. I used to match up with him often in BO2 and he was incredible. His K/D / SPM was insane and this carried on in other games. Man was top tier - GOATED 🐐 👑
People forget that Skyz AdapT was in FaZe as well. Dude was the founder/Leader of one of the most dominate competitive sniper clans of all time; in all regions. You can't really compare him to anyone else in FaZe except Heist, who was the only other actually good competitive sniper to come out of FaZe. Heist wasn't anywhere near as good as Adapt in 2011-2012, though.
A lot of people won’t remember who iBLaCkOutzZ was - but if you do you will remember just how absolutely crazy his montages were. Best cod4 sniper of all time. In a league of his own
Depends in which context but Jev and Rain were probably the most talented while Pamaj and Spratt were the most consistent, but there was so many great snipers back in the day so there is no right or wrong answer tbh.
First words out of my mouth when I read the title was Faze Dayv. Heist. Poko. Sprat. Bloo. Pamaj. Force and lowi I'm missing a few goats like loams and some others but yeah
I grew up with pamaj and spratty but jev needs more respect as a sniper. I remember watching old 1v1s and jev smacked a lot of people. I think Rain was on like a crazy 1v1 win streak on bo3 and jev ended it.
Heist (AhTism) is definitely the best sniper. I remember him running around with OpTic Psychosis and the AbNormal comp sniping team. If you know, you know.
The real question should’ve been who was puttin out the best montages at the time. The catalyst 1 will still be my #1 go to. pamaj was tweaking in those days
