Radar on is for bot players. Idc who wins during a 1v1 if radar is on then it doesn't mean anything cause it's like you're turning on cheats you can literally see where the player is at every step it takes no skill to play with radar on. They might as well stand in front of each other and do a old fashioned pistol duel 😂

There's a reason the UAV is not allowed in the CDL, it shows how smart players are at reading their opponents. Having the radar on is too easy in my opinion, which is why I said it takes no skill having the radar always on.
