@@hgvyctyfgy6003 Nope, I have an average metabolism just like most people. While fast and slow metabolisms do exist, it's not nearly as common as most people make it seem. The reality is that some people eat more than others daily and/or are more active than others, thus manipulating the CICO equation.

Just because you can’t finish the all meals of a LARRY BIRD BULKINF DIET, doesn’t mean you have a small appetite lmao. You do realize that people with fast metabolisms have trouble gaining weight lmao

​​@@MrMiyagisGrandsonPeople with big appetites would demolish this diet without much effort; I can tell you for a fact that I would (and I don't claim to have a fast metabolism). If you had a fast metabolism, you'd have the issue of trying to lose weight, not gain weight, because you'd be a hungry beast and would want to eat constantly. You'd likely have to control yourself to not eat more calories. Talk about many male bodybuilders or Strongman competitors (those guys have fast metabolisms). Still don't believe me? Let's take a few skinny teenagers (who will likely claim to have a fast metabolism), and have them try to eat 3 footlong Subways in one sitting. Could they eat that and get hungry a few hours later for another big meal? No? Or, they probably can't do it, even in one whole day. I've rarely seen a skinny guy who can eat even half of that. Point proved: they just don't eat a lot, and hence why they don't gain weight.
