FBD Slurpee Repair ( Checking Brix Levels) 

This broadcast will go over an FBD Slurpee repair which was for 2 barrels being down and not freezing. It turns out the all the barrels on this Slurpee machine were not freezing properly so I will guide you through my process of checking the Brix levels of each barrel and making corrections when needed. I will guide you through emptying all the barrels and then checking the Brix levels from the sample tubes because if the Brix is low in the barrel but normal from the sample tube that tells me that the product may have run low and the barrel took in more water than product and that is the reason to empty the barrels and make sure the brix from the sample tube is good and then refill the barrels and let them freeze down.
