That is definitely considered snitching if he’s trying to use the defense that he wasn’t there. It doesn’t matter what’s obvious to you, respectfully. He would gaslight you beyond your senses, however your codefendant acknowledging you were there is a big deal. One witness can change their mind, or change their story, but your codefendant saying it, is hard to beat.

He stayed until the cops came. If he had left and they mentioned him that’s a different story

This guy here also said he had paperwork on Von snitchin on him and that he was gonna expose it and never did. So he’s not exactly the most credible.
