Why? Do you feel that they have to allow anything you choose to say? They obviously didn't just bow down to the Feds, they did what they felt was appropriate. You can disagree and you can also go start your own company and make the decisions yourself but until then, deal with it.

That is incorrect. Child Pornography, is rampant all over social media, as well as human(and sex) trafficking. All of which is illegal and should be investigated, used to track down perpetrators, and ultimately removed from all forms of social media and other media it has been put on. Any failure to do so should be viewed as a felony and noncompliance will lead to arrests.

They can remove whatever content they like. The FBI was alerting them to things that they thought should be removed and the social media companies sometimes agreed and sometimes didn't. You have no right to free speech on their platform, you're granted an opportunity.

Social media companies are private enterprises. By using them, an individual has to agree to their terms of service. The 1st amendment protects freedom of speech to speak out against the government. It doesn't say a social media company has to let you, or anyone else, say whatever they want. This is not a violation of 1st amendment rights.

@@biekgiekthe government influencing it is against the law though the government is not allowed to get involved period and their terms weren't violated most of the time as 90% of what they called misinformation was true it just wasn't what the government wanted pushed at the time and freedom of speech doesn't just protect you from speaking out against the government it protects your speech as long as it's not a threat from the government which means they cannot interfere which is exactly what they did....nice try though

And when it comes to action they could review the contact… determine if there is an issue, remove specific content, restrict future posting, monitor the account. Now this is a super short clip and perhaps there is a longer version… but from this clip, he is saying she said something she simply did not say.

She said that they only responded 50% of the time not removed anything 50% of the time and the FBI absolutely has the ability to ask media companies to curtail certain information, especially in ongoing cases and things that may endanger their agents. What that actually means is up for grabs and it also says nothing about why the social media companies took action on the occasions that they did but it obviously wasnt because they just bowed down to the FBI so i would suggest thag theyve been alerted to something and have decided themselves that they feel something should be done.if youre going to try to use what someone is saying as evidence then you have to actually listen to what they say and dont teist their words.
