A few things from someone with 26 years of hood time. 1. turn your wrist so that you point the nozzle at the toes of the weld on each side. This will help prevent undercut on the edges and will also help to flatten out your weld profile. 2. Flatten out your weld profile. CWI's dont want to see humps and ridges. 3. the #2 circular and #4 triangle patterns won't fuse a seam if you were actually joining 2 pieces of steel together (instead of filling in the radius inside of angle) and going back down into on your weld will cause flux inclusions and x-ray failures. Use either #1 or #3, ideally pattern #3.
I've seen a lot of welding tutorials that are BS on RU-vid but this one is puzzling. You’re welding the inside of an angle … which is to say you’re NOT welding anything … you’re just running fancy beads where penetration and quality means absolutely nothing. You should’ve set this up so you were welding the seams.
Your video is very good, but it is important... to see how to weld just seeing how you draw, is not enough.😱❤️ You have to add this Filter... to your Camera❤ to record videos to improve viewing.👌😘 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yEjN7IxZQXM.html

but why weave flux core dual shield? youll just get slag inclusions. Suppose to just straight drag with very minimum movement just like stick. Im willing to bet none would pass xray
that is some really bad welding... stop teaching people, you stay to much on your left and not enogh on your right and you never go in circles... you go left and right with a break on each side...
