With the brass wheels and trenchers, that van just goes. The short wheel base on the fcx24 is a big part of the difference, then it has a motor and trans that’s twice as big, super tall and a body that’s heavier. Plus, the fcx24 has terrible suspension geometry and lifts the front left tire on even small inclines. I’m hoping putting a rear link riser on is going to help that a little. First off. I had to slam the brakes when I saw the van in the thumbnail. The course looks nice and clean man. You’re right about how that effects the scale look. Last. That Blazer is insane! All I want to do I is spend half a day getting footage, then the other half editing.

Sweet video texoma I held off on the fcx24 then discovered it was the best small crawler out there! So I ordered this one got the orange super hyped to finally get on the fcx platform. I really bought the trx4m over the fcx originally 😅
Well, “best” is subjective, as there are many different skillz to perform. It may be the best in the middle, do all, super fun rig but I haven’t seen one that would keep up with the slayer 18p’s or scx24’s. My fcx24 slayer still needs work. You are correct about the original TV show, grey is above the red stripe on the hood. My version is from the 2010 remake movie. Where the van is all black with a different red stripe.

Scale? Cmon Josh the wheelbase is still waaaaay to short. It looks fat and dumpy. Unlike the power wagon which can be stretched the k5 has a wheelbase that is fixed. U heard it here first...k5 is a huge miss
