My mother had her mastectomy twoyears before now she is having her fdgpet ct scan in which she had mild fdg lymph node suvmax 2.3 is it normal or canceous
PER CT scan march me hua tha ab fir doctor ne likha h. Esa kuch hai kya kitne time baad karwa sakte h. Or bar bar karane ke kya side effects h. Please sir reply.
Hello sir , I'm a TNBC patient .my pet ct scan shows mildly fdg avid plumonary nodules in upper lobe of left lung.. suspicious for metastasis correlation with prior scan recommended but there is nothing suspicious in MRI n chest X ray as I had done due to my pregnancy. So what is possibilities of metastasis?? Either something infection or inflammation??? And I was childhood TB patient n corona patient before 2 yrs.so it will affect my current pet ct result ?? Plz reply me.
Lung lesions can be anything....careful evaluation with reference to previous scans important....what's the size of largest lesion and what's the maximum SUV ?
@@dp-vb4vp if you have no respiratory symptoms then close follow up....continue same treatment as of now....repeat HRCT chest after 6 weeks and ask the radiologist to compare it with pet-ct scan images.... carrying pet-ct CD will help
@@dr.swagatdash1843 thank you so much sir ..i haven't any respiratory problems. My treatment plan is 4 immunotherapy n 12 Neoadjuvent chemotherapy of paclitaxel n carboplatin with 6 neoadjuvent chemotherapy of epirubicin n cyclophasmide.(low dose due to pregnancy).
