Kent sucks and can't 2HKO the boss or OHKO the thief so I have to send more units to the left and skip the hammer to give him a chance to 3 turn. The combined accuracy isn't hot rn either, although I probably wasnt thorough enough in calcing the ETC for the Sain clear either on examination (that one is likely closer to 3.15)
The rough calculations for the expected turncount are
82%~ chance for a 3 turn
14%~ chance for a 4 turn
4%~ chance to reset (2%~ turn 2 Lucius, 2%~ turn 3 Lucius)
The conditional mean clear turn is 3.15~
The conditional mean reset turn is 2.5~
The reset penalty is 0.1~
The expected turncount is 3.25~
Pessimistic Mode is a hack by Doesnt on feuniverse that only allows player character stats to increase if there is a 90% chance of them having increased by the level you have just attained. It is close to 0% growths in reliability but brings stat growths into the equation to reward training units and to help compare units better than by using averages.
