As the kundalini helps to get out of the ego trap, it feels crazy but it’s essential to function at soul level. Thank you, Neven for sharing your insights on fear and for also sharing your knowledge through your books. Fear is an energy, and the body and mind's reaction to that energy. It can snowball. During my personal moments of meditation and contemplation, I seek to endure dread and fear by discovering the magnitude of the terror it brings. As they arise, my awareness observes and witnesses the body and mind's reaction to the energy. "Everything is a dreamlike illusion" "This too shall pass" In that moment, I return to inner ecstacy and the bliss of coming home. This was also what preceded my first experience of the One, the Source, the Monad.
