Honest answer: answering this before watching the whole video ( in 0:31 ) , yeah I am very afraid currently. Job pressure, family responsibility to earn, education, my family and future and other challenges. When I sit and start thinking about future, it feels overwhelming, and I do get scared. Still I haven't lose hope till today. I will definitely do something. Some credits to you too sir, for me not losing hope. Many teacher has teaching me in my student life, I always study for them, when you teach I study for me.

I'm deeply moved by this video. I dedicate 1 hour daily from now on till end of 2024 on 1) Goal clarity 2) Developing self trust 3) Building my own product I will definitely share my results of 82 days of research and contemplation with AI tool.

Very helpful video ❤, But sir as a scared aspiring engineer myself i want to raise a common issue which the scared peoples face and that is the "financial condition". They are very stressed because of the pressure on them to earn some money and i think this is the biggest factor which makes them scared, they only think about getting a job because they want to help their parents by earning some money even aadhe engineers sirf engineer bante hi isliye hai because they want to improve their financial condition and achieve financial freedom, they want to pay their education loans, they want to fulfill their dreams ( Gaming , photography, videography, travelling, buying what they want, etc. ) and most importantly they don't want to be a burden on their parents. That's it this is what i wanted to share with you ❤

Sir me jab se kudke ke liye SaaS projects banana start kiya hu and unhe public me share bhi karta hu aur uska mujhe kafi profit ho rha hai mujhe kai jagah se offer bhi aaye hai but mujhe unhe mana karna padta hai kyunki ab mera goal apna kuch build karke market me lana hai... Nowadays bolne wala log bahut but listening to all of them and arriving at your own decision is very important I feel. As a Software Dev myself I have been through this stage, yes its difficult and painful but yaar chadne ko toh mount everest bhi bahut uncha hai 😉

Great video sir. Mera goal ki I want to get a good job in my domain and bring my family to a stable financial condition. The problem with the job market is even if I made an impression on the budding and unicorn startup's employees and people with what I know, even being as an undergrad student, everything comes to the point that - "We only hire from IITs". It's like I failed JEE 4 years back based on which I am judged now despite my programming and development skills. The sentence "We only hire from IITs" has been encountered by me so many times in these 4 years, still I keep trying and working towards my goal, since that's the only thing in my hand.

Maturity comes when you build product not just project.

I think the problem comes right from where one chose his career stream based on marks, the thing is that there was a matrix atleast till school or college that more marks = successful but when you come to real world, it isn't like that. So that rot mindset is the problem and also these "scared" developers are the one who chose engineering due to peer pressure etc. engineering is such a curiosity driven subject.

sir itna aasan nahi hota cheezo ko samjhna .i can understand aapne video hamare motivation ke liye banaya ha but sare log ek jaise nahi hote or abhi jo IT ka market hai it is difficult to get a job but sir ham ky kare aise bhot se log bolke jate ha ki daro mat ye karo wo karo but sir ham dekh sakte ha ki market kesa ha .But still aapke video se motivation mili lekin imaginary or practical is different thing ....: :)

2 jobs mai se kaunsa choose karoge, uss selection ka freedom nahi hai sir. Even if one is more suited to a particular role over another, there's no guarantee they are going to be selected for the more suited one.
