Here is a new fresh HD remaster broadcasted recently on TV. Unfortunately they broadcasted only one FF song, but hopefully at some point in future maybe full show will be shown in that sick quality.
@@Professor_SmoakI disagree. Literally only after seeing Fear Factory a few hours ago in Belfast and Milo Silvestro was absolutely spot on. Burton C Bell was a massive influence on me as a metal vocalist and I know how difficult his vocal melodies are, I've covered them enough times to know. However, Milo absolutely nailed it. He is definitely the real deal live smashing Burtons vocals with ease. He has yet to prove what he's like in a song writing capacity with FF and on an album, but live so far, they have nothing to worry about with Milo on vocal duties. So, I disagree with your statement.
Yeah agree, Christian did good chorus, for example in the live version of Archetype in the 2005 Gigantour. Tony Campos is good in backing vocals too, he does killer gutturals
Here's a rough translation from the beginning. "FEAR FACTORY emerged due to a cover from Gary Numan's Song 'Cars'" "Vocalist Burton C. Bell is recruited after the band had heard him singing "New Years Day" from U2 while taking shower" "Since 2009 a court procedure has been ongoing about the right to use the band's name" "Despite that court procedure Fear Factory remain active and are recorded during 'With Full Force' Festival 2015 and others" Thanks for sharing this recording! Eventhough Resurrection has never been my favorite song.
Burton Bell is one of my vocal inspirations, he is hit and miss sometimes when performing, which is of course down to 30 years of singing industrial metal. But when he is on form like he is here, he is one of the best in the business.
His cleans were never that good live most of the times. Seen them a lot. Even in the SoaNM era his cleans were not that great, live at least. But the studio album are goddamn gold! But here his voice is miraculously accurate to the studio.
Burton will forever be my favourite voice of industrial metal! He sounded amazing back in the days. The new vocalist surprised me in a positive way though! :) Take care 🤘🏼
What they were seeing is a band who's studio work is impeccable and influential but, live they were always absolutely horrendous. Don't blame the crowd for being unresponsive, blame the band that cannot deliver it on stage
Burton sounds incredible as does the rest of FEAR FACTORY! Next year this new era of FEAR FACTORY will be performing OBSOLETE (1998) from start to finish with Milo fronting FF. I can't wait, they're gonna destroy it!!!
Hi, I somehow came across your RU-vid channel and saw your site. There I found one song that I always wanted to see but could never find anywhere :( I tought that I could ask you - would you be kind enough to share it here on You Tube? I will be forever grateful (btw It's Within Temptation on Hasselt, Belgium Pukkelpop 2008 :)
Well, even though I will be headbanging (not that crazy), there's people that normally prefer to think before acting and retract themselves a bit. This is very important, otherwise you'll be seen as a monkey searching for his louses.
@@MrBlick76 I really wish I had gotten to see them live when his voice was still good and strong like it was here. Been a fan since I was 10 and heard them on the MK soundtrack.
@Henry Walton Yeah, well to be fair, that's live music. Time changes happen, usually with younger bands bc they get excited & drummer is right into it, lost in the moment. The rest of the band end up keeping up bc it's tricky slowing down a rock drummer in full flight. Then there's sound mixes affected by weather if outdoors, temperature, wind etc Number of ppl to absorb sound if indoors plus architectural differences gig to gig. I love live recordings though bc they capture the energy of a band responding to a crowd of ppl rocking out! Fear Factory are so established& professional that they know what they're doing on-stage. I guess I'm just not getting it. A few more listens & maybe I will. 🎶 🎸 🎤 🔊
They deserved a better audience than this forest of anesthetized derps. With their feet splatted wide and arms hanging loose. Faces looking like they're waiting for the next band to start. UGH.
