Obsolete is a theme album with a story I can't fully recall since it was a long time since I read it, but the Securitron is a character in the story; a new mechanical police unit which has been developed to hunt down the "main character", the Edgebreaker, a "terrorist" who is trying to make the people see the governmen is controlling them.
Body Hammer for fucking hard. Timelessness for something softer but deep. But Zero Signal is my top favorite. SO MANY GOOD SONGS from this band. From this album alone there's killer song after killer song, hell start from the beginning and get your mind blown, brother. THANKS FOR REACTING TO MY FAVORITE BAND. Edit: Oh and they were really the first band to ever pioneer the hard vocals w/ the clean vocals when they started in the late 80s/early 90s which became a very common style in the ensuing years.
