Honestly only worn them lightly about 2-3 times and no need for wash yet but so far so good. I would recommend washing in delicate and air drying.

Hello, I don't recommend sizing based on weight or height. I would recommend to go 1 size down from your normal size that you buy on other other brands. Thanks for watching! 🙏
